SILVER COURT (M. Mark) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock.
HILLTON (M.A. Milan) sustained a cut injury on left hind pastern.
3rd Race: 271. The Agumbe Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Terms) (9 Runners)
ANGELS FLAIR (S. Shiva Kumar) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to sprained shoulder. Under the Circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Order. Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
SAREETA (C. Henrique) after jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
4th Race: 272. The Makalidurga Plate - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (8 Runners)
LEGEND REBORN (R. Anand) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In
view of its behavour Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must not accept
with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the
Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
JACK O LANTERN (P.S. Chouhan) stumbled soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey Md. Akbar, the rider of BEAUTIFUL DANCER, was reprimanded for losing position between 700 and 600 Metrees for no apparent reason.
BEAUTIFUL DANCER (Md. Akbar) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock.
BRAVE CAT (N. Ramesh Kumar) sustained a cut injury on left hock.
5th Race: 273. The Stewards Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (9 Runners)
SWEET SURRENDER (Mudassar Nazar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
KYLES OF BUTE (S. John) accidentally brushed the false rails passing the 1000 Metres.
SMOOTH GLIDER (C. Henrique) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 900 Metres.
KYLES OF BUTE (S. John) sustained a cut injury on right flank.
SMOOTH GLIDER (C. Henrique) sustained a cut injury on right abdomen and stifle.

6th Race: 274. The Smt. Sathyavathi V Char Memorial Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (8 Runners)
CASH IS KING (A. Ramu) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
LADY GAGA (B.L. Paswan) sustained a cut injury on right fore fetlock.
7th Race: 275. The Equus Stud Stakes - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (8 Runners)
HILLFIGER (Suraj Narredu) drifted out under pressure in the final stages of the race.
BEN TEN (Y.S. Srinath) drifted out under pressure in the final stages of the race.
CASANOVA (P.S. Chouhan) sustained cut injuries on both hind fetlock.
SHIVALIK PRINCE (Anjar Alam) sustained injury on right hind outer bulb of the heel.

8th Race: 276. The Bhadravathi Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners)
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. G. Nityanand to withdraw ROYAL MUSIC on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to sprained knee. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
As Jockey Mohd. Ghouse was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to substitute Jockey K.Raja Rao to ride SAYYONEE in place of the declared rider.
It was reported after the race that MERCUTIO (S. Shiva Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained knee. Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
MIDTOWN DELIGHT (S. Chetan Kalay) sustained a cut injury on right fore fetlock and right hind fetlock.
WONDER LASH (A. Ashok Kumar) sustained gum injury.

ADDITIONAL REPORT
BANGALORE WINTER MEETING 2011-12
THIRTIETH DAY, SATURDAY, 10TH MARCH 2012.
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of
CASTRO to the Stewards for contravention of Calendar Notification under the
heading "Use of Whip" in that he excessively used the whip on his
mount in the above race (3rd infringement). The Stewards held an enquiry after
the last race on 16-3-2012 & 17-3-2012 and examined Jockey Suraj Narredu.
After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to
Jockey Suraj Narredu from 27-3-2012 to 31-3-2012 (both days inclusive) for
contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading "Use of Whip"
on his mount CASTRO in that he excessively used the whip on his mount in the
above race (3rd infringement) (permitted to ride work).
