1st Race: 285. The Leading Tipster Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)

ANGEL QUEEN (S. John) jumped out awkwardly from the starting gates.

Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran, the rider of SMART EDITION, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz. SACHIN (M.A. Milan), STAR LEAGUE (M. Noornabi) and ANGEL QUEEN (S. John) approaching the 900 Metres.

Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of BRIGADE'S PASSION, was fined Rs.2,000/- for losing position between the 1000 Metres and 600 Metres for no apparent reason.

It was reported after the race that SACHIN (M.A. Milan) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained knee. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

STAR LEAGUE (M. Noornabi) sustained a cut injury on right hind coronet.

SANFRANCISCO GIRL (P.S. Chouhan) sustained a cut injury on right hind coronet.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr m SANFRANCISCO GIRL.

2nd Race: 286. The Vibrant Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (8 Runners)

Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was fined Rs.500/- for not using Tongue Strap on his charge RIGHT ON TIME (S. John) for which prior permission had been obtained. Subsequently Tongue Strap was put on the horse before it left the paddock.

RIGHT ON TIME (S. John) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced INDIAN (M.A. Milan) on the outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Md. Akbar, the rider of SHAHRAAN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to RIGHT ON TIME (S. John) on the inside approaching the 300 Metres.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of HOT STUFF, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing SIGNIFIES (P.S. Chouhan) on his outside rounding the final bend.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SIGNIFIES, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing HOT STUFF (Suraj Narredu) on his inside rounding the final bend.

SHADES OF SCARLET (R. Bharath) sustained a cut injury on right fore fetlock joint.

Trainer Mr. S. Dominic and Jockey S. John were questioned regarding the running and riding of RIGHT ON TIME. The Trainer stated that he had instructed the rider to take a good jump, settle his charge in mid bunch and ride out his charge in the straight. He observed that after entering the straight his charge received interference from SHAHRAAN (Md. Akbar); the rider having to check his mount and lose position and thereafter the rider rode out his mount. Under the circumstances he was satisfied with his riding. Jockey S. John when questioned, stated that from the early stage till about final bend his mount could not pace with the front runners; therefore he settled his mount as instructed; after rounding the final bend when he got a good opening along the rails, he started riding out with the aid of the whip and suddenly Jockey Md. Akbar, the rider of SHAHRAAN came across whereby he had to check his mount and his mount lost the rhythm; thereafter he had to gather it and ride out, but could only finish fifth. Their explanations were noted.

3rd Race: 287. The Leading Tipster Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh to withdraw BLACK BLOSSOM on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to inflammed cannon bone. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey R. Anand, the rider of SON OF THE SUN, was reprimanded for inept handling of his mount during the race.

It was reported after the race that GOOD GIFT (R. Bharath) pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g RUBELLITE.

4th Race: 288. The Champion Jockey Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Terms) (12 Runners)

Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of ONLY YOU, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in an improper attire to the weighing room for the day's races.

Jockey Dashrat Singh, the rider of SUMELA, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of ONLY YOU, reported that his mount was hanging out in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have sharp molars. Hence Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence.

HAND ME THE CASH (V.R. Jagadeesh) sustained cut injury on right hind pastern.

SUMELA (Dasrath Singh) sustained cut injury on right fore cannon.

5th Race: 289. The Bangalore Juvenile Million (Grade III) - (About) 1400 Metres. For 3 year old Indian Horses (foaled in 2009) (Terms) (8 Runners)

SHIVALIK DEW (B.L. Paswan) was extremely fractious prior to being loaded in the gates, reared up and fell down on her head resulting in shock. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Subsequently it was reported that the horse died inspite of intensive care and treatment at 4.45 p.m.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of MOKO MOKO MOKO, reported that his mount was hanging out after rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. R.H. Sequeira was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of PRESIDENTS RULE, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

6th Race: 290. The Leading Owner Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to withdraw DRAMATIC DANCER (A. Vishwanath) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have suffered from injury on the head resulting in bleeding. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

In a closely packed field ONE FOR THE MONEY (B. Sreekanth) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 900 Metres.

Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of ONE FOR THE MONEY, reported that he accidentally lost his right stirrup in the final 200 Metres of the race and had to ride without the aid of the equipment thereafter.

It was reported after the race that SWIFT STAR (K. Chethana) burst its blood vessels and also pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained fetlock. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

7th Race: 291. The Leading Stud Trophy - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (9 Runners)

DEEP BLUE SKY (Saddam Hussain) reared up as the gates opened and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaivour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

It was reported after the race that CAVALRY CHARGE (R. Vaideeshwaran) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

8th Race: 292. The Leading Bookmaker Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (10 Runners)

Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for Contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2011-12 in accepting his charge SIGNIFIES to run in the above race and also in Race No.2 of the day. Subsequently the horse was withdrawn from the above race.

SILVER STONE (R. Vaideeshwaran) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey S. John, the rider of LITTLE LION, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SUPER SALONI (H.G. Rathod) on his inside approaching the 700 Metres.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SICILY reported that his mount was not galloping fluently at any stage of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. Later the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that on examination (endoscopy) after the last race at 7.10 p.m. the horse was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

RAJA'S PET (P. Mani) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock.

9th Race: 293. The Leading Owner Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)

CITRALI (A. Ashok Kumar) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m SMILE ALL THE WAY.

Based on a complaint from Trainer Mr. Warren Singh pertaining to the riding of Jockey P. Mani on his charge LADS GLADIATOR in the above race, an enquiry is being held.
