1st Race: 227. The Japan Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners)
DIVINE CASTLE (Vivek) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SICILY.
2ND Race: 228. The Delhi Race Club Cup - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (10 Runners)
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar to withdraw WAR ARTIST (Y.S. Srinath) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to inflamed frog (hoof). He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
YAMAGUCHI (A. Imran Khan) sustained a cut injury on right fore fetlock.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SPARK OF KNIGHT.
3rd Race: 229. The Karnataka Racehorse Owners' Association Cup - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Terms) (11 Runners)
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh to withdraw GOLD MATOL (Vinod Shinde) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained injury on right hind cannon and hock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of ABSOLUTE JOY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to QUICK ENOUGH (C.D. Hayes) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey C.D. Hayes, the rider of QUICK ENOUGH, reported that he could not get a clear run passing the 1000 Metres due to the crowding of the field.
Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of POINT TAKEN, was reprimanded for inconveniencing QUICK ENOUGH (C.D. Hayes) on his inside passing the 900 Metres.
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of WIND STREAM, was reprimanded for inconveniencing QUICK ENOUGH (C.D. Hayes) approaching the 150 Metres.
Jockey C.D. Hayes, the rider of QUICK ENOUGH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
4th Race: 230. The Sans Craintes Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for not
obtaining Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer wen he was
specifically advised to do so ..
The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the Judge's placings in the above race. After due enquiry, they decided to revise the order of placings as under:

5th Race: 231. The Mysore Race Club Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners)
ROYAL SPIRIT (A. Ashok Kumar) reared up in the gates and sustained cut injury on forehead. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
BLUE STAR (Y.S. Srinath) sustained gum injury.
6th Race: 232. The Oasis Star Sprinters' Cup (Grade I) - (About) 1200 Metres. Indian horses 4 years old and over (16 Runners)
Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II, & III placed horses:

It was reported after the race that WINDSOR MANOR (Imran Chisty) was found
to have a wound on left commissure of the mouth.
7th Race: 233. The Stayers' Cup (Grade I) - (About) 3000 Metres. Indian Horses 4 years old and over (Terms) (13 Runners)
LAD LADY (P.S. Chouhan) reared up and flipped over in the stalls. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Order.
Jockey Ravinder Singh, the rider of DON VALENTINO, was fined Rs.2,000/- for improper riding passing the 1100 Metres.
In a closely packed field MALABAR PRINCE (A. Arshad Asbar) had to check his mount and shift `in' causing interference to SWISS DON (A. Imran Khan) passing the 1000 Metres.
Jockey Anthony Crastus, the rider of ARABIAN PRINCE, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 400 Metres.
Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of SWISS DON - excessive use of whip. An enquiry is being held into the incident.

8th Race: 234. The Kunigal Stud Million - (About) 1200 Metres. 3 year old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2009) (12 Runners)
ATHLETIC STAR (Suraj Narredu) suddenly veered 'in' approaching the 150 Metres.
9th Race: 235. The Sans Craintes Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners)
Jockey Anjar Alam, the rider of LADY GAGA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to TAKE MY WORD (Vinnod Shinde) which in turn passed it on to DANCING EMERALDS soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
It was reported after the race that AFFIRMATIVE (Imran Chity) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.
MOUNTAIN GLORY (Suraj Narredu) sustained a cut injury on left hind
fetlock.
