1st Race: 141. The January Plate - Div.II - (About) 1100 Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (9 Runners).
O MY DARLING (P. Mulrennan) after jumping out slightly swerved towards the left and lost few lengths. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of STAR AFFAIR reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of RED BUD reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
O MY DARLING (P. Mulrennan) sustained cut injury on right hind pastern.
2nd Race: 142. The Flashing Star Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (8 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.2,000/- for changing the girth and sircingle on his charge RUSTY (P A Culhane) after weighing out resulting in the rider weighing in 700 grams in excess in relation to weighing out.
Jockey C Henrique, the rider of FRAME PARTNER, was reprimanded for not improving his position during the early stages of the race.
Jockey B Harish, the rider of EMPHATIC VICTORY was reprimanded for rounding the final bend wide for no apparent reason.
Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of ALPHABET reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Jockey Valdir DeSousa, the rider of SHADES OF SCARLET was reprimanded for
not maintaining a straight course in the final 150 Metres thereby
inconveniencing RUSTY (P A Culhane) on his inside.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch m SHADES OF SCARLET.
3rd Race: 143. The January Plate - Div.I - (About) 1100 Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (9 Runners).
IMPRESSIVE DELITE (M Noornabi) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced MARACANA (N Rajesh) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of ROYAL SAROT was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing IMPRESSIVE DELITE (M. Noornabi) on his inside approaching the 500 Metres.
Jockey N Rajesh, the rider of MARACANA reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
An enquiry is being held into the riding of Jockey S. John on his mount MAN OF VISION, trained by Mr. J S Dhariwal in the above race.
4th Race: 144. The Flashing Star Plate - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (8 Runners)
Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of SALSA TOUCH reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. G Nityanand was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
LADZONE (Deepak Singh) ran detached after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge throughout the race in future.
Jockey C Henrique, the rider of ANOTHER VOICE, was reprimanded for looking back passing the 250 Metres for no apparent reason.

5th Race: 145. The F.K Irani Memorial Trophy - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (6 Runners)
Jockey Samad, the rider of CASANOVA was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b h ZULTANITE.
6th Race: 146. The Altenburg Plate - Div.I (About) 1200 Metres Horses rated 20
to 45 (11 Runners).
THE SCIENTIST (B L Paswan) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starter's orders.
Jockey P A Culhane, the rider of SUMMERS BREEZE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and taking out OPEN PAGE (A R Pradeep) on his outside between the 800 Metres and 600 Metres.
Jockey G Y Rajesh Babu, TOWERS OF HANOI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of ANFIELD was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to UNION JACK (D Gnaneshwar) on his outside passing the 250 Metres.
Jockey Vivek, the rider of INSPIRATOR was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

7th Race : 147. The Kokkarebellur Plate - (About) 1400 Metres Horses rated 40 to 65 (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S S Attaollahi to withdraw SANDSTORM on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore due to inflammed fetlock joint. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of SUMELA was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing STRIVE AND SERVE (D.K. Ashish) on his inside before passing the red marker post.
Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of SUMELA was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and taking out ARUN (G Y Rajesh Babu) on his outside between the 700 Metres till about rounding the final bend.
8th Race: 148. The Altenburg Plate - Div.II (About) 1200 Metres Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).
EXTEMPORISER (Vivek) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two mock races on race days on the race track.
SACHIMORE (M. Noornabi) took a fly jump.
ROYAL ROMARIO (Khurshad Alam) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Jockey A Ashok Kumar, the rider of MAGICAL was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out SHARED HEART (R. Vaideeshwaran) on his outside approaching the 800 Metres.
MERCUTIO (R. Bharath) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. R.V. ManoharS was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with t again.

After due enquiry into the running and riding of RISE TO GLORY, trained by Mr. S Dominic and ridden by Jockey Martin Wepner, Jockey Martin Wepner was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inept handling of his mount RISE TO GLORY in the final stages of the race.
111. The Haveri Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over
After due enquiry into the running and riding of HILLSTONE, trained by Mr. Irfan Ghatala and ridden by Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, Jockey Ahsan Qureshi was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

After due enquiry into the running and riding of THE CLICK, trained by Mr. V Narayana Gowda and ridden by Jockey D Patel, Jockey D. Patel was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inept handling of his mount during the final stages of the race.

65, 5 years old & over
After due enquiry Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge RECHARGED (C Henrique), the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 111 of the Bangalore Winter Meeting 2012-13 held on Saturday, 29th December, 2012 when ridden by Jockey N Ganesh it ran unplaced.
137. The Karnakata Police Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above
After due enquiry into the running and riding of CECIL trained by Mr. J S
Dhariwal and ridden by Jockey R Vaibhav, the explanations tendered by the
