1st Race: 157. The Charmudi Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners)

ALL CLEAR (A.R. Pradeep) jumped awkwardly outwards from the starting gates and inconvenienced AFTERNOON DELIGHT (A. Ramu) on the outside.

Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of ALL CLEAR, placed Fourth by the Judge objected against Jockey P.S. Chouhan the rider of LAW OF THE LAND placed First for "near the last 50 Metres as my horse was galloping the winner came inside where my horse stopped galloping and I had to stop riding which cost me a certain race" The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to over rule the objection.

2nd Race: 158. The Virajpet Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Indian Horses 3 years old only (10 Runners)

It was reported after the race that right fore shoe of ALL PROOF (Y.S. Srinath) had come off after the start.

Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of ENDLESS SOCIETY, eased his mount to avoid striking the front runner SUMMER SENSATION (Tauseef Ahmed) passing the 600 Metres.

ALL PROOF (Y.S. Srinath) drifted out under pressure during the final stages of the race.

NATURAL VIEW (B. Sreekanth) sustained a cut injury on left hind coronet.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c ALL PROOF.

3rd Race: 159. The Charmudi Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners)

THEJAGUAR (A.R. Pradeep) after jumping out, swerved towards left, refused to raise a gallop, went to the outer sand track and did not take part in the race. In view of the behaviour trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

Jockey B. Harish, the rider of ENSATUS ELEGANS, was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey P A Culhane, the rider of CATCH THE EYE was fined Rs.3,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of DELILAH was fined Rs.3,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g ARTIC BREEZE.

4th Race: 160. The Vibrant Plate - (About) 1100 Metres.
For horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).

THE SCIENTIST (B.L. Paswan) was extremely fractious at the gates, bolted, ran anti-clockwise full round. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of ONE FROM A BILLION, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing HAPPY VICTORY (Tauseef Ahmed) on his inside approaching the 400 Metres.

SUKHMANEE (Mudassar Nazar) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 900 Metres.

HAPPY VICTORY (Tauseef Ahmed) suddenly shied away from FLORENCE (D.Gnaneshwar) and shifted out and inconvenienced VOLANS (S. Chetan Kalay) on its outside passing the 1000 Metres.

An enquiry is being held into the riding of Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of SUKHMANEE in the above race.

MULLIGAN (Arshad Alam) ran detached from the field and was pulled up by its rider before passing the winning post. On immediate examination by the Club's veterinary officer it was found to have pulled up lame on right hind. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SUKHMANEE (Mudassar Nazar) sustained a cut injury on right flank.

5th Race: 161. The Racing Patrons Trophy - (About) 1200
Metres. For horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over (12 Runners)

Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of ARRABIAN GOLD, was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of SWIFT STAR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on the mount during the race (1st infringement).

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g HILLSBORO.

6th Race: 162. The Topmost Cup (About) 1200 Metres. For
Metres. For horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners)

Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge INDRAVATI. Subsequently 'all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.

SCENIC BLAST (B. Harish) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced STYLE OF SIGNATURE (N. Ganesh) which in turn passed it on to WHISTLEJACKET (P.S. Chouhan) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

GROUND MARSHALL (C. Henrique) took a fly jump and knuckled whereby the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount and the horse ran riderless on the outer sand track throughout the race.

Jockey B. Harish, the rider of SCENIC BLAST, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out WHISTLEJACKET (P.S. Chouhan) on his outside between the 800 Metres and 600 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g NEXT MOVE.

7th Race: 163. The Bhatkal Plate (About) 1600 Metres.
For horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (15 Runners)

Jockey P.A. Culhane, the rider of RUSTY, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g BROWNIE.

8th Race: 164. The Mercara Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. For Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (11 Runners)

Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was find Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge KINGSTON TOWN (1st infringement ).

KINGSTON TOWN (Tauseef Ahmed) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be lame on left hind. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SECRET TOUCH (M Noornabi) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DAIMOND QUEST (V R Jagadeesh) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of DAIMOND QUEST was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out MY FAVOURITE VOICE (Carlos Henrique) on his outside approaching the 700m.

Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of KOLAVERI DI was fined Rs.1,000/-for shifting out and taking out MY FAVOURITE VOICE (Carlos Henrique) on his outside approaching the 500m.
