1st Race: 53. The Honnavar Plate - Div II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (10 Runners).
Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of RED HOT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out AUTUMN RED (M. Noornabi) on his outside approaching the 800 Metres.
Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of TURF FAME, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently during the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported.
Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of DELILAH, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the race.
Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of GOLDEN HAVEN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the race.
Jockey M. Noornabi, the rider of AUTUMN RED, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).
STORM THE FIELD (S. Babu) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.
2nd Race: 54. The Swarnamukhi Plate - Div II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).
SEE YOU LATER (D. Patel) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SUNBEAM (R. Vaibhav) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
SHARED HEART (Mudassar Nazar) was slowly away from the gates, did not raise a fluent gallop and suddenly veered out whereby the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey R. Anand, the rider of MOUNTAIN STORM, was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of SUNBEAM, was fined Rs.3,000/- for
repeatedly checking his mount and thereby losing position between 900 Metres and
600 Metres for no apparent reason.
3rd Race: 55. The Honnavar Plate - Div I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (10 Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to withdraw SUGAR FAIRY (Arshad Alam) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon on the way to the saddling yard from the stable and was lame. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of CATCH THE EYE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for allowing his mount to shift out thereby taking out INDEPENDENCE DAY (A. Ashok Kumar) on his outside passing the 900 Metres.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MIDTOWN DELIGHT.
4th Race: 56. The Hoysala Trophy - Div II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (12 Runners).
BALAS GLORY (M. Ravi) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced ZULTANITE (Suraj Narredu) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of SILVER SCEPTRE, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 1200 Metres due to the crowding of the field.
Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SUNSTORM, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 1200 Metres due to the crowding of the field.
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ZULTANITE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz. SAVVY CONCEPT (S. John) and SUSSEX DOWNS (M. Noornabi) approaching the 1200 Metres.
SOUND (F.K. Shabuddin) was pulled up by its rider passing the 400 Metres. On immediate examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found to have pulled up lame on right fore due to a sprained tendon. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

5th Race: 57. The Swarnamukhi Plate - Div.1 - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).
ICECREAM (Anjar Alam) apparently hit the base of the false rails and shied
away rounding the final bend. An enquiry is being held into the riding of Jockey
Anjar Alam on his mount ICECREAM in the above race.
Jockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of STEEL KING, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 100 Metres.
Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of BOLD NATURE, reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SAMARA SUN.
6th Race: 58. The Hoysala Trophy - Div I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (12 Runners).
Jockey Vivek, the rider of RAPHIRE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to SMILE ALL THE WAY (S. Chandrashekar) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.
Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva, the rider of MATIAS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to ABSOLUT GREY (P.S. Chouhan) on his inside approaching the 700 Metres.
CECIL (P. Trevor) sustained a punctured wound on right knee.
MATIAS (Fr'co F DaSilva) sustained a cut injury on right hock.
7th Race: 59. The Bangalore Turf Club Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Indian horses 3 years old and over (8 Runners).
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f SHOW TIME.
8th Race: 60. The Yadgir Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over (13 Runners)
ARRABIAN GOLD (M. Noornabi) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaivour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.
APOLLO KING (V.R. Jagadeesh) accidentally hit the false rails approaching the 850 Metres and sustained bleeding cut injury on right flank.
Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of NO DOUBT, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight thereby inconveniencing YAMAS (Fr'co F DaSilva) in the final 100 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

9th Race: 61. The Davanagere Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (13 Runners)
MAGNETIC POWER (Arshad Alam) accidentally brushed the false rails passing the 1000 Metres.
Jockey Anjar Alam, the rider of HILLTON, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SHADES OF SCARLET (Fr'co F DaSilva) on his inside passing the 900 Metres.

27. The Hemavathi Cup- Dvi.II-(About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala to the Stewards for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading "saddling of horses" read with Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in respect of his charge VISTABELLA (B.L. Paswan) in that the saddle shifted totally towards the left passing the 300 Metres as such the rider could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter and had to remove both his legs from the stirrup to balance himself approaching the winning post. The Stewards held an enquiry on 1st December 2012 and examined Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala and Jockey B.L. Paswan After deliberations, they decided to fine Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala a sum of Rs.10,000/- for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading "saddling of horses" read with Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in respect of his charge VISTABELLA.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SUNDAY CRUZ
to the Stewards for careless riding (Rule No.161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing
in that he came in and crowded the horses on his inside causing severe
interference to BESSIE (Martin Wepner), HILL STONE (Vinod Shinde), SIX SHOOTER
(S. Chandrashekar) and DECORATED (P.S. Chouhan) on his inside passing the 1100
Metres. The Stewards held an enquiry on 1st December 2012 and examined Jockey
Arshad Alam. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to suspend the Jockey's
licence granted to Jockey Arshad Alam from 11-12-2012 to 21-12-2012 (both days
inclusive) for careless riding (Rule No.161(i)) of the BTC Rules of Racing on
his mount SUNDAY CRUZ in the above race (permitted to ride work).
(B)
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S. Babu, the rider of SUPER SURPRISE to
the Stewards for dangerous riding (Rule No.161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in
that he allowed his mount to shift out, bumped and caused very severe
interference to DECORATED (P.S. Chouhan) on his outside passing the 1100 Metres
who fortunately escaped the fall from his mount. The Stewards held an enquiry on
1st December 2012 and examined Jockey S. Babu. After deliberations, the Stewards
decided to suspend the Jockey's licence granted to Jockey S. Babu from
11-12-2012 to 2-1-2013 (both days inclusive) for dangerous riding (Rule
No.161(i)) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount SUPER SURPRISE in the above
race (permitted to ride work).
