1st Race: 201. The Octagonal Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20
to 45, 6 years old and over (9 Runners)
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar to withdraw NOVEL APPROACH (S. John) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained a bleeding cut injury on left fore hoof due to nail piercing in the sole area. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of BRAVE CAT, reported that he lost his whip passing the 400 Metres.
Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of SPARK OF DIABLO, reported that he lost his whip passing the 250 Metres.
Jockey C. Henrique, the rider of SIX SHOOTER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement ).
2nd Race: 202. The Mandya Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners)
Jockey M. Noornabi, the rider of DIVINE DELIVERANCE, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not maintaining a proper course between the 1000 Metres till about rounding the final bend.
DIVINE DELIVERANCE (M. Noornabi) sustained cut injuries on right knee and right fore cannon.
It was reported after the race that SPIRITUAL STAR (P. Mulrennan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g SPARKLING IMAGE.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f RICH

3rd Race: 203. The Tiptur Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners)
As Jockey N. Rajesh was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand to substitute Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran to ride STREET OF FIRE in place of Jockey N. Rajesh the declared rider.
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao, to withdraw CHE GUEVARA (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left hind due to multiple bleeding injuries on left fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for using the services of Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy's Jamedar in the above race.

STAR CREST (S. Babu) ran detached from the field after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SUGAR FAIRY, was reprimanded for coming in and inconveniencing FASHION FLAME (Shobhan Babu) on his inside passing the 900 Metres.
Jockey S. John, the rider of INDEPENDENCE DAY, was fined Rs.1,000/ for the
excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race(1st infringement).
An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding by Jockey M. Noornabi on his
mount SUPER EXCITED in the above race.
FASHION FLAME (Shoban Babu) sustained a cut injury on right hock.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g AUTUMN RED.
4th Race: 204. The Mandya Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners)
Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of GAME DANCER, was fined Rs.3,000/- for
shifting out and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz. STARISTA
(S. Chandrashekar) and SWEET SECRET (S. John) soon after jumping out of the
starting gates.
RESURGENT (Valdir De Sousa) sustained injury on right hind fetlock.
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of ABBAS DREAMS trained by
Mr. J. Babu Rao and ridden by Jockey M. Rajesh Kumar.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CLEVER TRICK.
5th Race: 205. The P. Dayanand Pai & P. Satish Pai Bangalore Winter Million (Grade - III) - (About) 1200 Metres. 3 year old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2010) (8 Runners)
Trainer Mr. M. Eshwer was fined a total sum of Rs.5,000/- for the late submission of the scratching forms in respect of his charges SO FAST, DUMA and SECRET TREASURE for the above race.
Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II and III placed horses viz.:

6th Race: 206. The S. Rangarajan Memorial Trophy- (About) 1400 Metres. For
Horses rated 80 and above (15 Runners)
YOUREWINDSOFCHANGE (S. John) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of INQUISITION, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming in and causing severe interference to VALAHAK (Ahsan Qureshi) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.
Jockey Liam P Jones, the rider of QUICK ENOUGH, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to MAGNITUDE STAR (C. Henrique) on his inside passing the 450 Metres.
Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of MITRAYA, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of SUNSTONE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
7th Race: 207. The Dharmasthala Plate- (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners)
An enquiry is being held into the discrepancy in shoeing by Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao in respect of his charge TOWERS OF HANOI (M. Rajesh Kumar) (3rd infringement) in the above race. .
FLORENCE (D. Gnaneshwar) planted and lost many lengths at the start and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
SCUFFLE (S. John) knuckled badly while jumping out of the starting gates
whereby the rider got unbalanced.
MANY WISHES (Sahanawaz) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
TOWERS OF HANOI (M.Rajesh Kumar) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey S. Chetan Kalay, the rider of ENSATUS ELEGANS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to KEY OF KNOWLEDGE (Valdir De Sousa) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.
Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of SUMMERS BREEZE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide between 700 Metres till rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
It was reported after the race that, SCUFFLE (S. John) pulled up lame on
right fore. Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed that he must produce a
Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer
before accepting with it again.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dkb f JEYEM'S PRIDE.
8th Race: 208. The Siddaganga Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over (13 Runners)
As Jockey S. Chandrashekar was certified medically unfit after his ride in the 4th race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Mahmood Khan to substitute Jockey N. Tauseef Ahmed in place of the declared rider to ride his charge PRASHASTHA and as also Jockey N. Tauseef Ahmed was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 7th race and no suitable substitute was available, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to withdraw PRASHASTHA from the above race.
SMART EXOTIC (R. Vaibhav) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.
SPARK OF HARMONY (P. Mani) was slowly away, did not raise a fluent gallop and ran detached thereafter. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey P.A. Culhane, the rider of IBELIEVEINMIRACLES, reported that his
mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race thereby he had to ease his
mount after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary
examination but no abnormality was reported.
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of LIVING LEGEND, trained by Mr. Sharat Kumar and ridden by Jockey Afsar khan.
