1st Race: 209. The Manipal Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (8 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay to withdraw SAMOVAR on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of MAGIC MONEY, was reprimanded for travelling wide from 700 Metres till rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey Mohd. Feroz, the rider of DISTINCTIVE, was reprimanded for travelling wide from 700 Metres till rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

MAGIC MONEY (A.R. Pradeep) ran detached from the field after passing the 400 Metres. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

2nd Race: 210. The Longchamp Plate - (About) 1800 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (6 Runners)

It was reported after the race that the left fore shoe of GLYCYS BAY (S. John) had apparently splayed during the race.

REBUTTAL'S HOPE (P. Mulrennan) accidentally stumbled approaching the 850 Metres.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SPARK OF BLUE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

It was reported after the race that REBUTTAL'S HOPE (P. Mulrennan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

3rd Race: 211. The Talakaveri Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Terms) (10 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to withdraw ORIENTAL IMAGE (V.R. Jagadeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on left fore due to inflammed tendon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MAGICAL FILLY (N. Rajesh) accidentally struck the front runner SAILING THROUGH (M. Noornabi) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of MARACANA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to SAILING THROUGH (M.Noornabi) on his inside approaching the 800 Metres.

JERSEY SHORE (C. Henrique) sustained cut injury on outer bulb of heel.

TIJUCA FOREST (P. Trevor) sustained cut injury on right hind pastern.

4th Race: 212. The Shravanabelagola Cup - Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (8 Runners)

Jockey Babu Singh, the rider of ATHLETIC STAR, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming in and causing severe interference to CIRQUE DU SOLEIL (P. Trevor) on his inside approaching the 350 Metres.

SHIVALIK FIRE (P. Mulrennan) sustained cut injury on left hind pastern.

5th Race: 213. The Bull Temple Trophy - (About) 2000 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85 (7 Runners)

Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of APOLLO KING, reported that his saddle shifted back passing the 400 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

AUBURN BEAUTY (P. Mulrennan) sustained cut injury on right hind bulb of heel.

6th Race: 214. The Classic Story Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (11 Runners)

SPARK OF DIABLO (M. Prabhakaran) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right hind. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of SALSA TOUCH, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control over his mount thereby brushing the false rails approaching the 1200 Metres.

Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of THUNDER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to STARSCREAM (Sahanawaz) which in turn passed it on to CASH IS KING (Ryan Marshall) on his outside in the final 100 Metres of the race.

CHRONICLE (Ahsan Qureshi) sustained cut injury on right hock.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of JOEY, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Jockey D. Patel, the rider of ACTIVE GREY, reported that he could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the starting gates due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey D. Patel, the rider of ACTIVE GREY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for traveling wide between the 1000 Metres till rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
