1st Race: 217. The Alchemy Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, who have run at least twice under BTC Rules after 15th August 2012 and not won a race at any centre (12 Runners)
RISING SUN (N. Rajesh) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
TINA'S TOUCH (R. Vaideeshwaran) accidentally stumbled approaching the 700 Metres.
It was reported after the race that RAAGA (R.Vaibhav) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f LA JAWAAB.
2nd Race: 218. The Mudabidri Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners)
Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of JEYEM, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming in and causing severe interference to HONOURABLE EMPRESS, which in turn passed it on to SOUND OF POWER (S. Chetan Kalay) on the inside passing the 1000 Metres.
Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of MAGNETIZE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for
shifting in and causing interference to SUCCESS STAR (M. Noornabi) on his inside
passing the 300 Metres.
Jockey Amit, the rider of STORM THE FIELD, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 300 Metres.
SUN N MOON (M. Prabhakaran ) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
It was reported after the race that SOUND OF POWER, burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
An enquiry was being held into the excessive use of whip by Jockey A.R. Pradeep on his mount IMPRESSIVEATTITUDE in the above race (3rd infringement).
GOL MATOL (A Ashok Kumar) sustained injury on right hind pastern.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g SOUND OF POWER.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f HONOURABLE EMPRESS.
3rd Race: 219. The Delhi Race Club Trophy - (About) 2000 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (6 Runners)
Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of LAD KING, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to PANAMERA (P.S. Chouhan) on his inside approaching the 1800 Metres.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m PANAMERA.
4th Race: 220. The Tumkur Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over (10 Runners)
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw SILVER SCEPTRE, on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from inflammed left eye due to injury. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
SCENIC BLAST (S. John) was extremely fractious at the Starting Gates and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.
Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran, the rider of THE GUARDIAN, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it had sharp molars. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence.

5th Race: 221. The Governor's Trophy-(About) 1600 Metres. 3 year old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2010) (Terms) (6 Runners)
Jockey P. Mulrennan, the rider of STRENGTHANDWONDER, reported that his mount was hanging out after jumping out. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of CZAR OF ROMANCE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming in and causing interference to AMAZONAS (S. John) on his inside passing the 250 Metres.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c CZAR OF ROMANCE.
6th Race: 222. The Deshmesh Stud Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over (11 Runners)
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar to withdraw MIGROLINO on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to inflammed tendon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of FINAL COUNTDOWN, reported that his mount suddenly stopped galloping passing the 300 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Jockey Shanth Kumar, the rider of SUNSPIRIT reported that he lost his whip approaching the 350 Metres.
Jockey Babu Singh, the rider of SKY TRAIN, was reprimanded for traveling wide rounding the final bend.
7th Race: 223. The Star of Windsor Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (13 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2012-13 in accepting his charge VISTABELLA to run in the above race and also in the 1st race of 23-2-2013. Subsequently the horse was withdrawn from the above race.
SUNBEAM (R. Vaibhav) planted and did not take practical part in the race.
In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was informed that he must not
accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the
Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.
Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of ROYAL ADMIRAL, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
It was reported after the race that WELL KNOWN (D. Gnaneshwar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
ANFIELD (M. Noornabhi)sustained a cut injury on right hock.
FORMULA ONE (Mudassar Nazar) sustained a cut injury on left hock.
An enquiry is being held into the severe interferences at the start
concerning the following horses viz ROYAL ADMIRAL (V R Jagadeesh), BALLANTOY
(Ryan Marshall), LEPTON PENNATUS (A Ashok Kumar), SUKHMANEE(R Bharath) and
STARSTRUCK (N Ganesh).
8th Race: 224. Tumkur Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Terms) (11 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge DANCING EMERALDS (1st infringement).
Trainer Mr. S. Britto was fined Rs.5,000/- for his negligence pertaining to the declaration of Jockey on his charge SAPHIRA. Subsequently Jockey P. Ramesh was declared to ride SAPHIRA for the above race.
Jockey Santosh Kumar Paswan, the rider of JAANVI, was fined Rs. 1,000/-
for coming in and causing severe interference to RIGHT ON TIME (M Noornabi) on
his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
It was reported after the race that SUPERB STYLE (C Henrique) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
It was reported after the race that the right fore shoe of SUPERB STYLE (C Henrique) apparently splayed during the race.
