1st Race: 266. The Champion Jockey Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Terms) (12 Runners)

As Jockey P. Ramesh was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to substitute Jockey Shanth Kumar to ride REGAL SOLDIER in place of Jockey P. Ramesh the declared rider.

Jockey R. Anand, the rider of AMBITIOUS REWARD, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

It was observed that EXTRA SPARK (M. Noornabi) was inclined to run out between 700 Metres till about rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sharp molars on both sides. Hence Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (1st infringement).

Jockey Syed Asgar, the rider of PACIFIC BLUE, was reprimanded for travelling wide between 700 Metres till about rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

AMBITIOUS REWARD (R.Anand) sustained a cut injury on right stifle.

2nd Race: 267. The Leading Tipster Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 6 years old and over (8 Runners)

AETIUS (S. Chandrashekar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SMART EDITION (A. Ashhad Asbar) which in turn passed it on to FRUIT KING (P.S. Chouhan) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

BLACK BLOSSOM (M. Noornabi) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

BLUE ORIGIN (P. Mani) sustained cut injury on right hind fetlock.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from ch g FRUIT KING.

3rd Race: 268. The Champion Jockey Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 3 years old only (Terms) (8 Runners)

Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for Contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2012-13 in accepting his charge MANTRA to run in the above race and also in the 4th race on 22nd March 2013. Subsequently the horse was withdrawn from the above race.

Permission was granted to Trainer V. Lokanath to withdraw MICKEY MOUSE (Babu Singh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained cut injuries on right fore arm and right fore fetlock as it reared up and fell down during saddling. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

KINGSTON TOWN (Noorulla) was extremely fractious and refused to remain in the gates. On immediate examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found to have sustained bleeding cut injury on left hind bulb of heel. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

YOURE AN ASTUTE (S. Chandrashekar) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of SOUTHERN EMPEROR, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of EMANCIPATION, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sharp molars on both sides. Hence Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (1st infringement).

SOUTHERN EMPEROR (P. Trevor) sustained cut injury on right hind coronet.

EMANCIPATION (R. Vaibhav) sustained a cut injury on right hock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g LOVE IS LIFE.

4th Race: 269. The Leading Bookmaker Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners)

As Jockey P. Kiran Rai was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to substitute Jockey A. Vishwanath to ride BLUES LEGEND in place of Jockey P. Kiran Rai the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda to substitute Jockey Anjar Alam to ride OCEANIC WIND in place of Jockey Samad the declared rider.

Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of THE MUSE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SUKHMANEE (R. Bharath) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres.

Jockey Md. Akbar, the rider of BLACK BEAUTY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to COOL HAND (A. Ramu) on his inside passing the 950 Metres.

BLUES LEGEND (P. Kiran Rai) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ANFIELD, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to COOL HAND (A. Ramu) on his inside in the final stages of the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ANFIELD.

5th Race: 270. The Leading Stud Trophy - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (8 Runners)

MATHS BABY (P.S. Chouhan) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of MOUNTAIN RANGE, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course thereby inconveniencing RAPHIRE (Vivek) on his outside in the final 100 Metres of the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MOUNTAIN RANGE.

6th Race: 271. The Bangalore Juvenile Million (Grade III) - (About) 1400 Metres. For 3 year old Indian Horses (foaled in 2010) (Terms) (12 Runners)

Jockey Vivek, the rider of AUMENTO, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming in and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz. LIGHT OF SUCCESS (R. Vaibhav), TURF STRIKER (J.H. Christopher) and ARGIANO (Neeraj Rawal) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of ACE BUCEPHALUS, was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out and causing very severe interference to AGOSTINI (P. Trevor) on his outside which in turn passed it on to AUMENTO (Vivek) passing the 1300 Metres.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of AGOSTINI, reported that his mount was lugging in after entering the straight.
Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of ACE BUCEPHALUS, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of AMAZONAS, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of AGOSTINI, reported that he could not get a clear run in the final 150 Metres of the race due to a closely packed field.

7th Race: 272. The Leading Owner Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda to substitute Jockey Arshad Alam to ride EQUANIMITY in place of Jockey Samad, the declared rider.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar, to withdraw BEN TEN on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

RED BOLT (Shahanawaz) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.

HACKETT (R. Vaibhav) was extremely fractious dropped the rider on the way to the starting gates and ran round the course riderless. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders.

EQUANIMITY (Arshad Alam) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

HILLSBORO (Anjar Alam) sustained a cut injury on right flank.

8th Race: 273. The Champion Trainer Trophy - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (15 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi to substitute Jockey Sahanawaz to ride CIRQUE DU SOLEIL in place of Jockey Samad, the declared rider.

SUTTON PRINCE (Santh Kumar Paswan) reared up while jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of STELLAR AMBITION, was fined Rs.5,000/- for coming in and causing very severe interference to ACTIVE GREY (G. Adarsh) on his inside approaching the 600 Metres.

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of GO GREEN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the improper use of the whip whereby he allowed his mount to drift out in the final 200 Metres of the race.

PRASHASTHA (A. Vishwanath) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

JAANVI (M. Prabhakaran) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.

9th Race: 274. The Leading Bookmaker Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners)

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala to withdraw VISTABELLA on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from severe sinusitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda to substitute Jockey R. Vaibhav to ride ABBAS DREAMS in place of Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu, the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey R.Bharath to ride WILL STILL in place of Jockey Samad, the declared rider.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of SIMRA, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course during the final stages of the race thereby inconveniencing ABBAS DREAMS (R. Vaibhav) on his outside.

FIRE STORM (Khurshad Alam) sustained a cut injury on left fore fetlock.
