1st Race: 225. The Gadag Plate-Div.II-(About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 6 years old and over (10 Runners)

Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of TRILLION WIN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming out and inconveniencing NOVEL APPROACH (R. Vaideeshwaran) on his outside within a few strides of the start.

Jockey R. Anand, the rider of CLICK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to BRIGADE'S PARADISE (P. Mani) which in turn passed it on to INSPIRATOR (M. Noornabi) approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey M. Noornabi, the rider of INSPIRATOR, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 900 Metres due to a closely packed field.

It was reported after the race that the left fore shoe of NOVEL APPROACH (R. Vaideeshwaran) had apparently splayed during the race.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of NOVEL APPROACH trained by Mr. Prasanna Kumar and ridden by Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran.

TRILLION WIN (R. Ramu) sustained bleeding cut injury on right fore coronet.

2nd Race: 226. The Bhagamandala Plate - (About) 2000 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (6 Runners).

3rd Race: 227. The Bugs Bunny Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Indian Horses 3 years old only (Terms) (11 Runners)

FLASHING VISION (M. Ravi) after jumping out , swerved towards left went towards the outer sand track and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.


COOLMORE (P. Trevor) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of LA LANTERNA, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f SUN GLOW.

4th Race: 228. The Gadag Plate-Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 6 years old and over (10 Runners)

STAR OF DESIRE (A. Imran Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards from the starting gates.

AMAR PREM (G. Adarsh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DAY TRADER (M. Noornabi) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

In a closely packed field BLACK BEAUTY (Mohammed Shoaib), had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking the front runner ANGEL QUEEN (C. Henrique) approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of AMAR PREM, reported that he momentarily lost his right rein passing the 300 Metres which he regained within a few strides.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of BRIGADE'S PASSION, reported that he could not get a clear run passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of BRIGADE'S PASSION, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to YOURE CHILUBULI (Ashok Kumar) on his inside rounding the final bend.

Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of AMAR PREM, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the inept handling of his mount during the race.

Jockey Indrajeet Singh, the rider of OCEANIC WIND, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

YOURE CHILUBULI (A. Ashok Kumar) gradually fell back after the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. After the last race, the Club's Veterinary Officer reported at 6.05 p.m. that the horse had burst its blood vessels i.e. EIPH (Endoscopy). Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

5th Race: 229. The Varada Trophy - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 to 85, 5 years old and over (14 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji to withdraw MATIAS (Imran Chisty) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore due to cut injury on knee. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey P.S. Chouhan was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 3rd race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji to substitute Jockey D.K. Ashish to ride SAGANAKI in place of the declared rider.

MR AMBASSADOR (M. Prabhakaran) ran detached from the field from 600 Metres. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey F.K. Shabuddin, the rider of DEEP BLUE SKY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for repeatedly checking his mount till about the 1100 Metres for no apparent reason.

Jockey M. Rajesh Kumar, the rider of KILIMANJARO, reported that he could not get a clear run passing the 600 Metres due to a closely packed field.

6th Race: 230. The Belur Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 3 years old only (Terms) (12 Runners)

Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge INTENSE SUSPENSE (1st infringement).

ARTORIUS (David Allan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SWAMIGAL'S PERRARI (P. Mani) which in turn passed it on to SWEET N SMART (D.K. Ashish) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

MARK (A. Ashok Kumar) was slowly away, swerved towards the right and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of ALALA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to CADOGAN (P. Trevor) on his inside approaching the 800 Metres.

INTENSE SUSPENSE (Syed Asgar) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock.

7th Race: 231. The Devarayanadurga Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (9 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey D.K. Ashish to ride TALITA'S GIRL in place of Jockey P.S. Chouhan the declared rider.

As Jockey C. Henrique was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 6th race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey R. Vaibhav to ride SUPER SALONI in place of the declared rider.

EXTREMPORISER (Arshad Alam) was slowly away, lost many lengths at the start and ran detached thereafter. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of SUPER SALONI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to BRIGADE'S SUPREME (G.Y. Rajesh Babu ) on his inside passing the 500 Metres.

Jockey David Allan, the rider of TRANSCENDENTAL, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming out and causing interference to ABSOLUTE JOY (Saddam Hussain) on his outside passing the 200 Metres.

8th Race: 232. The Ramanagar Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (12 Runners)

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of SHARED HEART, reported that he could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the starting gates due to the crowding of the field.

TINA'S TOUCH (Amit) after jumping out, swerved towards left and did not raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr.S. Inayathulla was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

ABSOLUT CHIQUI (Mudassar Nazar) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey K. Raja Rao, the rider of GOLD SPLASH, was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of FASHION FLAME, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
