1st Race: 35. The Bellary Plate Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Handicap for
horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).
As Jockey Dashrat Singh, the declared rider of AASHIKAARA, could not arrive in time to fulfill his riding engagement due to reason beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan to substitute Jockey S. John to ride AASHIKAARA in place of the declared rider.
SEVEN OF HEARTS (Ryan Marshall) slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Jockey M. Krishna, the rider of SUMMERVILLE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of DELILAH trained by Mr. Amit Caddy and ridden by Jockey K. Raja Rao.
ONE TWO KA FOUR (Santosh Kumar Paswan) sustained a cut injury on right hock.

2nd Race: 36. The November Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian horses 2 years old only (Terms) (8 Runners).
Jockey T.S. Jodha, the rider of ABOVE AND BEYOND, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of BLITZSCHNELLE, reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer, it was found to have sharp molars. Hence Trainer Mr. R.R. Byramji was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (1st infringement).
SAIRANI (P.S. Chouhan) sustained bleeding cut injury on right hock.

3rd Race: 37. The Silcon Valley Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
MANY WISHES (P. Kiran Rai) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. R.R. Byramji was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of MYSTIC LAVENDERS, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing THUNDER (B. Sreekanth) approaching the 1000 Metres.

4th Race: 38. The Adichunchanagiri Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Handicap for horses rated 40 to 65 (9 Runners).
ACTIVE GREY (Arshad Alam) sustained cut injury on right hind cannon.
AGOSTINI (P. Trevor) sustained cut injury on left hind fetlock.

5th Race: 39. The Kabini Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above, 4 years old and over (11 Runers).
Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of VALAHAK, reported that he lost his whip in the final 100 Metres of the race.
An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of MAGNITUDE STAR in the above race.
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from ch g VALAHAK.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g VIOLENT STORM.
6th Race: 40. The Ashoka Chakra Cup - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (8 Runners).
Jockey Vivek, the rider of RAPHIRE, was reprimanded for calling out unnecessarily during the race.
MOUNTAIN RANGE (Suraj Narredu) sustained cut injury on left hind cannon.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr g TURF STRIKER.
7th Race: 41. The Beloved Prince Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
DOMINICA (M. Prabhakaran) took a fly jump.
Jockey Indrajeet Singh, the rider of ARTIC BREEZE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ONE FROM A BILLION (Saddam Hussain) on his inside in the final 100 Metres of the race.
It was reported after the race that AALEYAH (Shobhan Babu) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of ASTONISHING, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NOCTURNAL HUNTER.
8th Race: 42. The Bellary Plate Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Handicap for horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of AMAZONAS, reported that he could not get a clear run passing the 1300 Metres due to crowding of the field.
PROM QUEEN (P. Kiran Rai) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. V.
Narayana Gowda was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in
future.
Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of ABSOLUTE RED, reported that he could
not get a clear run passing the 1300 Metres due to the crowding of the field.
ABSOLUTE RED (Ahsan Qureshi) was observed to be hanging out throughout the race, the rider having considerable difficulty in keeping his mount on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that on examination it was observed to have sharp molars on both the sides of the jaw. An enquiry is being held into this incident.

28. The Chintamani Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S. Mallikarjun, the rider of TIGER EYES
to the Stewards for Unsatisfactory Riding (Rule No. 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of
Racing in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on
22-11-2013 and examined Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar and Jockey S. Mallikarjun.
After deliberations, the Stewards decided to (a) caution Trainer Mr. Sharat
Kumar as to the running of his charges and in particular selection of riders for
his charges and also frequency of running of his charges vis-à-vis its past
performance; and (b) suspend the Jockey's licence granted to Jockey S.
Mallikarjun from 2-12-2013 to 3-1-2014 (both days inclusive) for Unsatisfactory
Riding (Rule No. 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount TIGER EYES in
the above race (permitted to ride work).
29. The Belgaum Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of IGAH IGAH IGAH to the Stewards for Unsatisfactory Riding (Rule No. 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry on 22-11-2013 and examined Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj and Jockey P. Kiran Rai. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to (a) note the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj; and (b) suspend the Jockey's licence granted to Jockey P. Kiran Rai from 2-12-2013 to 3-1-2014 (both days inclusive) for Unsatisfactory Riding (Rule No. 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount IGAH IGAH IGAH in the above race (Permitted to ride work).
32. The Kempegowda Cup - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of ARISTOS to the Stewards for Dangerous Riding (Rule No. 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in the above race; in that passing the final 100 Metres he came in sharply and caused very severe interference to JERSEY SHORE (Y.S. Srinath) which was racing along the rails as a result of which JERSEY SHORE suffered bad interference and the rider got unbalanced on the saddle and escaped a fall. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on 22-11-2013 and examined Jockeys Ryan Marshall and Y.S. Srinath. After deliberations the Stewards decided to suspend the Jockey's licence granted to Jockey Ryan Marshall from 2-12-2013 to 21-12-2013 for Dangerous Riding (Rule No. 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount ARISTOS in the above race (Permitted to ride work).
