False Rails : Average Width of 4.5 Metres from 1600 Metres to 1000 Metres and 6.5 Metres from 1000 Metres to the Winning Post.

1st Race: 95. The Sringeri Plate - Div.II (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 2 years old only (10 Runners).

Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring Jockey S.K. Paswan who was not eligible to ride in the above race. Subsequently permission was given to him to substitute Jockey S. Babu to ride SECRET DIMENSION in the above race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f SALINA.

2nd Race: 96. The Kakanakote Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).

MAGNETIZE (Mudassar Nazar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced BUZZWORD (M. Noornabi) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey M. Noornabi, the rider of BUZZWORD, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing MOUNTAIN STORM (S. Selvaraj) on his inside approaching the 250 Metres.

Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of ALL CLEAR, reported that the bridle came off soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount throughout the race. After due examination of the bridle it was observed to have been otherwise well maintained and hence no further action was taken beyond noting the incident.

Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of MAGNETIZE, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 300 Metres due to a closely packed field.

3rd Race: 97. The Sringeri Plate - Div.I (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 2 years old only (10 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Padmanabhan to declare Jockey David Allan to ride JINGLE BELLS.

TURF OSTRICH (D. Gnaneshwar) suddenly shied inwards approaching the 300 Metres.

Jockey C. Harish, the rider of BAZINGA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount under the use of whip thereby allowing it to drift out in the final 200 Metres of the race.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of SHAFT, reported that his mount was running green during the race.

Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of TURF OSTRICH, reported that his mount was running green during the race.

CADBURRY (Ashok Kumar) sustained cut injury on right hind cannon and fetlock.

SHAFT (Imran Chisty) sustained cut injury on left fore cannon.

AMANDA (Arshad Alam) sustained a cut injury on left hind cannon.

4th Race: 98. The Amathos Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).

Jockey A. Vishwanath, the rider of FEET ON FIRE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ORIENTAL STAR (V.R. Jagadeesh) on his inside passing the 500 Metres.

Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu, the rider of ICE KINGDOM, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of CARDIGAN BAY, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from dk b g CARDIGAN BAY.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g TRIUMPH.

5th Race: 99. The Shantiniketan Cup - (About) 1800 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (8 Runners).

Jockey David Allan, the rider of SUR LA TETE, reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

6th Race: 100. The F.K. Irani Memorial Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (12 Runners).

Jockey F.K. Shabuddin, the rider of SKY TRAIN, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g INQUISITION.

7th Race: 101. The Kehlan Stud Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above, 4 year old and over (12 Runners).

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of LAD STAR, reported that his mount accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey S.John, the rider of NOVEL APPROACH was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing DIAMONITE (Suraj Narredu) on his outside passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of STELLAR AMBITION was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of FRENEMEE trained by Mr. J. Babu Rao and ridden by Jockey Shanth Kumar in the above race.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of ETHOPHIAN trained by V. Narayana Gowda and ridden by Jockey Tauseef Ahmed in the above race.

FRENEMEE (Shanth Kumar) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock.

8th Race: 102. The Kakanakote Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (8 Runners).

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to withdraw SIGNIFIES on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting short due to inflammed left hock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah to withdraw LA ISLA BONITA on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting short due to inflammed left hock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with again.

SIMRA (V.R. Jagadeesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced THUNDER (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey B. Harish, the rider of ATTRACTOR was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing THUNDER (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey B. Harish, the rider of ATTRACTOR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out ANGEL QUEEN (S. John) which in turn passed it on to SPARK OF ILLUSION (San. Kumar Paswan) on the far side approaching the 700 Metres.
