1st Race: 69. The Star Luminary Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (10 Runners)

Jockey P. Mani, the rider of AS GOOD AS IT GETS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to FLASHY WAYS (Imran Chisty) on his inside approaching the 400 Metres.

CHILLI VODKA (Ryan Marshall) ran detached from the field after rounding the final bend.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g AS GOOD AS IT GETS.

2nd Race: 70. The December Plate - (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Indian Horses 2 years old only (12 Runners).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c BOOKER JONES.

3rd Race: 71. The Nelamangala Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25 (11 Runners).

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to withdraw MAGICAL FILLY on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore due to injury on cannon bone. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ROYAL ROMARIO (Tauseef Ahmed) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MANY WISHES (M. Ravi) planted in the starting gates thereafter refused to raise a fluent gallop for some time and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. R.R. Byramji was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

MANY WISHES (M. Ravi) sustained a cut injury on left hock.

4th Race: 72. The Galloping Acres Stud Plate - (About) 2000 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above (6 Runners).

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SUSSEX DOWNS, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c APPLEJACK.

5th Race: 73. The Kumararajah M.A.M. Muthiah Trophy - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (11 Runners).

AFFIRMATIVE (Afsar) after jumping out, swerved towards left, dislodged its rider and ran riderless. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

ALBERTINO (A. Sandesh) which was fractious in the gates, planted and after some time took a fly jump and lost many lengths. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

6th Race: 74. The Star Luminary Plate - Div. I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of CRUISE CLEAR, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course between 250 Metres and 150 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g CASTLE STUART.

7th Race: 75. The Bangalore Turf Club Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Indian Horses 3 years old and over (7 Runners).

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of CECIL, accidentally stumbled approaching the 700 Metres.

Jockey S. John, the rider of SHIVALIK STAR, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to EQUINE LOVER (A. Sandesh) on his inside approaching the 300 Metres.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SPEED SIX, was fined Rs.2,000/- for exulting before passing the winning post.

It was reported after the last race that SHIVALIK STAR (S John) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy - Grade III at 5:50 p.m). Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SPEED SIX.

8th Race: 76. The Premium Spirit Plate (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (11 Runners).

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah to withdraw THE FIRST BULLET on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore due to sprained tendon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ARTHUR, reported that his saddle shifted back passing the 800 Metres as such he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

Jockey T.S. Jodha, the rider of BOLD NATURE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to VOLT (Ryan Marshall) and FIRE STORM (Mudassar Nasar) on his inside before passing the red marker post.

It was reported after the last race that MOUNTAIN SPLENDOR (Suraj Narredu) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy - Grade III at 6:00 p.m). Trainer Mr. S Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b m MOUNTAIN SPLENDOR.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g VOLT.

9th Race: 77. The Kumararajah M.A.M. Muthiah Trophy - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners).

RUBI REY (R. Anand) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

COOL BABY (Arshad Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced MAGIC WAVE (C. Harish) on its outside which in turn passed it on to SHINNECOCK HILLS (S. John) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey C. Harish, the rider of MAGIC WAVE, reported that he lost his whip passing the 450 Metres.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of KAFKA, reported that he could not get a clear run between the 250 Metres and 150 Metres due to the crowding of the field.

51. The Davanagere Plate - Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over

Trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for Contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2013-14 in accepting his charge SOMERSET ROSE to run in the above race and also in another race on the same day.
