1st Race:    102. The B.A.R.I. Plate – Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Handicap for Horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over at the time of starting  (12 Runners).

 

At the start PRIVATE PARTY (J.H. Christopher) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SILHOUETTE (Vivek) on its outside.

 

At the start APOLLO GALAXY (Ajeet Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced GLAMOUR BOY (Ashok Kumar A) on its outside.

 

GLAMOUR BOY (Ashok Kumar A) knuckled soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

 

BYRONIC (P.S. Chouhan) shifted out and bumped PRIVATE PARTY (J.H. Christopher) passing the 500 Metres.

 

HOSTESS (Keanen G Steyn) shifted in and inconvenienced GLAMOUR BOY (Ashok Kumar A) passing the 300 Metres.

 

Near the 300 Metres ASTONISHING (T.S. Jodha) eased from prince academy (A. Sandesh), then approaching the 100 Metres ASTONISHING eased when HOSTESS (Keanesn G Steyn) shifted out.

 

Jockey J.H. Christopher, the rider of PRIVATE PARTY, reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.  However, Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

 

It was reported after the race that HOSTESS (Keanes G Steyn) pulled up lame on left fore.  Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

It was reported after the race that DREAM NEO (Nitin Singh) burst its blood vessels.  Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

SILHOUETTE (Vivek) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock.

 

 

 

 

 

2nd  Race:    103. The January (About) 140Metres. Maiden Horses 3 years old only at the time of starting  (12 Runners).

 

At the start ANGEL DUST (P. Trevor) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced  SIR MAJESTIC (Rajesh N) which was a little slow to begin.

 

REVERBERATING (Shobhan Babu) and SAPTAJIT (T.S. Jodha) brushed at the start.

 

It was observed that ETERNAL FLAME (A. Sandesh) laid out under pressure in the final 200 Metres.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c AUTHORITARIAN.

 

3rd Race:    104. The B.A.R.I. Plate – Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Handicap for Horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over at the time of starting  (11 Runners).

 

LUC DIVINE (A. Imran Khan) was extremely fractious in the saddling enclosure and was found to be trotting short on right hind due to an injury sustained on right point of hip.  Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s order.  Trainer Mr. Neil Darasha was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

BIG COPPER PENNY (Chetan Kallay S) was slowly away.

 

SUPER SALONI (Shobhan Babu) took a fly jump.

 

BIG COPPER PENNY (Chetan Kallay S) was held up – as YOURE GORGEOUS (B. Harish) commenced dropped back from the 800 Metres.

 

Jockey T.S. Jodha, the rider of STAR OF DESIRE, reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight and near the 150 Metres his whip got entangled in the rein.  Hence it was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported.  However Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measure before accepting with it again.

 

YOURE GORGEOUS (B. Harish) pulled up lame on the left fore due to a sprained tendon.   Trainer Mr. Babu Rao J was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certiciate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m MAGNETIZE.

 

4th  Race:    105. The K. Rama Rao Memorial Trophy – (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (12 Runners).

 

It was observed that VOLCANO (T.S. Jodha) from its wide barrier was forced to travel wide till about the 600 Metres.

 

Jockey G. Sai Vamshi, the rider of ANFIELD, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 350 Metres.

 

Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of BAZINGA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

 

CATTLEYA (A. Ramu) sustained cut injury on left hind fetlock.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g SCARLET EMPEROR.

 

5th  Race:    106. The Chief Minister’s Trophy – (About) 2000 Metres. 4 years old and over at the time of starting (7 Runners).

 

AMBITIOUS REWARD (J.K. Christopher) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must ensure better performance of his charge in future

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b h AGOSTINI.

 

6th  Race:    107. The Dashmesh Stud Plate Div.I – (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above, 5 years old and over at the time of starting (12 Runners).

 

ICELANDER (Chethana K) was slowly away.

 

Near the 900 Metres SECRET PUNCH (A.R. Pradeep ) steadied when CHUL BUL PANDY (Ahsan Qureshi) eased inwards after brushing SMILE STONE (Nitin Singh).

 

From 200 Metres to the winning post COOL HAND (A. Ramu) was unable to obtain a clear passage.

 

Jockey Anjar Alam, the rider of SPIRITUAL STAR, reported that he could not get a clear run between the 200 Metres and 100 Metres due to a closely packed field.

 

Jockey A. Imran Khan the rider of SUN DIVINE, was fined Rs.5,000/- for riding an ill-judged race particularly from about the 400 Metres till about 300 Metres when there was a clear passage between WILL STAR (T.S. Jodha) and LOVEOFMYLIFE (Suraj Narredu).

7th  Race:    108. The Gomos Plate – (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45  (12 Runners).

 

SECRET PRAYER (Harish B) threw its head up in the air while jumping out of the starting gates.

 

Shortly after the start WHOLELOTTALOVE (Irvan Singh) knuckled totally unbalancing its rider thereby losing little ground.

 

PRECIOUS GLITTER (T.S. Jodha) steadied of the heels of ARTHURIAN (A. Imran Khan) approaching the 1200 Metres.

 

After passing the 1200 Metres ARTHURIAN (A. Imran Khan) eased from the heels of PRIZE FINDER (J.H. Christopher) 

 

Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of NEW VICTOR, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ARTHURIAN (A. Imran Khan) between the 700 Metres and 600 Metres on his outside.

 

 

 

 

Jockey Rajesh N, the rider of KING GLORIEUX which was slowly away, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.  However Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

 

SECRET LAUNCH (Arshad Alam) sustained a cut injury on right hind bulb of the heel.

 

CENTRAL PARK (R. Vaibhav) sustained gum injury.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g PRIZE FINDER.  

 

8th  Race:    109 The Dashmesh Stud Plate Div.II – (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above, 5 years old and over at the time of starting (12 Runners).

 

SCENIC BLAST (M.A. Roushan) was slowly away.

 

SHINNECOCK HILLS (P. Trevor) took a fly jump.

 

KING JULIEN (Ryan Marshall) steadied of the heels of SWEET SECRET (A. Ramu) passing the 1000 Metres.

 

Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji and Jockey P.S. Chouhan were questioned over the disappointing performance of VALERIAN.  Mr. Darius Byramji said the gelding had been working well and was surprised that it stopped so quickly.  Jockey P.S. Chouhan said that VALERIAN had travelled well during the race, but failed to respond when asked for an effort in the straight.

 

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g VALERIAN.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g KING JULIEN.
