RACING INCIDENTS

Going: Good
(Railing Position: Railing fixed at average width of 2 Metres from 1600 Metres to the winning post from its original position)
1st Race: 25. The Silicon Valley Plate – Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (11 Runners).
Jockey S. John, the rider of GLAMOUR BOY, reported that he had to ease his mount of the heels of TIC TAC TOE (R. Vaibhav) in a tightly packed field passing the 800 Metres.
It was observed that MISTER GREY (A. Imran Khan) had to ease his mount of the heels of MYSTIC LAVENDERS (Yash Narredu) passing the 900 Metres.
Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of SHAHRAAN, reported that he lost his whip passing the 200 Metres.
It was reported after the race that IMPRESSIVE DELITE (M. Noornabi) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of MISTER GREY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
DANUBE (Irvan Singh) sustained a bleeding cut injury to left hind.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f MUSICAL TREASURE.
2nd Race: 26. The Beloved Prince Plate – Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
CHEDDAR FACE (Irvan Singh) was slowly away.
Approaching the 1000 Metres ARYAN WARRIOR (V.R. Jagadeesh) steadied of the heels of BIG COPPER PENNY (T.S. Jodha).
Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of JEYEM’S PRIDE, reported that his mount was trying to run out between the 850 Metres till about 600 Metres.
Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of CHEDDAR FACE, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The Horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
When questioned over the apparent disappointing performance of ARYAN WARRIOR, Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh said that the quicker early pace of today’s event did not suit the gelding. He moved up to be running second on the home turn but ARYAN WARRIOR found nothing over the concluding stages. He added that when it won at its previous over 1400 Metres he was able to obtain the lead and the horse travelled well at its own pace. The Horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
EXTRA SPARK (R. Anand) sustained gum injury.
Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SEVEN OF HEARTS.
3rd Race: 27. The Adhichunchanagiri Plate – (About) 2000 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (7 Runners).
DEEP BLUE STORM (Rajesh N) was slowly away.
Trainer Rajesh Narredu and Jockey Yash Narredu were questioned regarding the performance of AUTHENTIC. Mr. Rajesh Narredu stated he had instructed jockey Yash to sit 3rd or 4th and do your best. He said that AUTHENTIC had missed out on running in a 1400 Metres on the 8th November after being withdrawn at the barriers, which he felt was important leading into this event as the program is to run the gelding in the Derby. He added that he was carrying 62.5 Kgs up by 4.5 Kgs on his previous start on 14th August when 2nd over 1400 Metres. Jockey Yash said he began to be concerned at the 700 Metres when the leader was so far infront but did not want to ride the gelding up the hill going three wide with the heavy weight. He thought that REGAL BOAST may stop but that horse kicked again on straightening. Their explanations were noted.

4th Race: 28. The Beloved Prince Plate – Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
When the gates were released GO GREEN (Deepak Singh) and CANNES (Keanen G Steyn) were slow to move.
Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of DIAMOND QUEST, was questioned why he did not persevere with the run on the inside of SPIRITOFCHARTWELL (D.K. Ashish) near the 200 Metres. He said that although he had struck the horse with the whip it did not want to improve on the inside so he eased to the outside of SPIRITOFCHARTWELL and the gelding did commence to gallop.
Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy and Jockey A. Ramu were questioned over the performance of PACIFIC BLUE. Mr Amit Caddy said he instructed Ramu to sit 2nd or 3rd and do his best in the straight. This was confirmed and Ramu who said he was not able to obtain that position from his wide barrier and raced mid field but trapped wide. He added that he rode out hands and heels in the straight. The explanation was noted.

5th Race: 29. The Kabini Cup – (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above, 4 years old and over (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to withdraw ROYAL SALUTE (Neil Farley) on veterinary grounds as it was found tobe lame on left fore due to an inflammed hoof. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
At the start NEXT MOVE (A Ramu) was slow to move.
Jockey S. John, the rider of CASTLE STUART, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to CLICK (P.S. Chouhan) which in turn passed it on to the horses on his inside viz. NATIVE INDIAN (A.R. Pradeep) and EVRAZ (D.K. Ashish) approaching the 1200 Metres.
Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of EVRAZ, reported that his mount was hanging “in” in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
LAD STAR (Chetan Kalay S) pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained fetlock. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey N. Ganesh, the rider of NOVEL APPROACH, which raced wide from 1000 Metres till the top of the straight reported that he lost his whip at the final 100 Metres.
Jockey M. Noornabi, the rider of TALISKER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g CASTLE STUART.
6th Race: 30. The Krishnaraja Trophy - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (12 Runners).
CAPE FERRAT (V R Jagadeesh) was slowly away.
Shortly after the start FRENEMEE (Kiran Rai P) was tightened between AMAZING DESIRE (P.S. Chouhan) and WIND WONDER (G.Y. Rajesh Babu).
ESTEBAN (Anjar Alam) pulled up lame on right hind due to a cut injury to the tendon. Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g INVINCIBLE PRINCE.
7th Race: 31. The Bellary Plate – (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (11 Runners).
BRONZINO (A Ashok Kumar) was slowly away.
Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of PRIZE FINDER, reported that his mount was running green in the straight.
Jockey R. Anand and Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna were questioned over the performance of CARDUCCI. Mr. Puttanna said that the horse raced keenly in the early stages thereafter gaining a forward position did not finish the race off. Jockey Anand confirmed Mr. Puttanna’s statement. The Horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr g HAVELOCK PRINCE.
8th Race: 32. The Silicon Valley Plate – Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over (9 Runners).
BYRONIC (P.S. Chouhan) dropped the rider on the way to the starting gates, ran riderless round the course. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.
TRAK ON FIRE (S John) dwelt when the gates were released then was slow to muster early speed. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed that he must not accept with again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one mock race on a race day on the race track.
TRAK ON FIRE (S John) was steadied at 700 Metres to avoid clipping the heels of TANGANYIKA (Syed Asgar).
Jockey S K Paswan, the rider of VICTORY GIRL reported that his saddle shifted back after entering the straight and as such he could offer much assistance to his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.
It was reported after the race at 6:00 p.m that TRAK ON FIRE (S John) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy – Grade IV). Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again
It was reported after the race at 6:20 p.m that RULING PASSIONS (T S Jodha) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy – Grade III). Trainer Mr. B Puttanna was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
