Penetrometer Reading  : 3.5 Cms.

Rail position                   : Railing fixed at average width of 5 Metres

                                         from 1600 Metres to the winning post  from

                                         its original position.

 

1ST Race:     122. The Ranganathittu Plate – Div.II - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).

 

RIGELRAY (V.R. Jagadesh) planted and lost many lengths at the start.  In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a Mock Race.

 

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of OMBER GLAZE, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

 

Jockey M. Kumar, the rider of SOUTHERN COMMAND, was reprimanded for travelling wide between the 700 Metres till about 400 Metres for no apparent reason.

 

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of PULL THE PLUG, reported that his mount was lugging in under pressure in the final 150 Metres of the race.

 

It was reported after the race that HAPTICSTAR (C. Harish) was observed to be bleeding from left maxillary sinus (by endoscope at 2.30 p.m.) due to injury on left maxillary region.  Trainer  Mr. Narayana Gowda V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b f OMBER GLAZE.

 

2nd Race:    123. The Sriharikota Plate – (About) 1200 Metres. Maiden Horses 3 years old only (8 Runners).

 

Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.2,000/- for the late submission of scratching form in respect of his charge ARAZAN GIRL for the above race.

 

HIGH VOLTAGE (Vinod Shinde) was examined at the starting gates and was found to be trotting lame.  Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of EXCELLERATE, reported that his mount was lugging out in the straight.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c EMPERADOR.

 

3rd Race:    124. The Ghataprabha Plate – (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 00 to 25  (11 Runners).

 

MISTER GREY (Vishwanath A) was examined at the starting gates and was found to be trotting lame on left hind.  Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g AFORE.  

                       

4th Race:    125. The Native Chieftan Plate – Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over  (12 Runners).

 

As Jockey M. Prabhakaran was certified medically unfit to ride permission was granted to trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas to substitute Jockey M. Kumar to ride DARTING in place of the declared rider.

 

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of EVEREST, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.

 

It was reported after the race that HIGH HAWK (Vishwanath A) pulled up lame on left fore.  Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

It was reported after the race that DARTING (M. Kumar) was observed to be bleeding from right nostril due to injury on right nasal septuam (endoscopy at 3.55 p.m.).

 

An enquiry is being held into the comparative performance of PERFECT KING the winner of the above race as compared to its previous runs.

5th Race:    126. The Kanchanganga Plate – (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over  (12 Runners).

 

Trainer Mr. Sandhu G was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge MIRACLES OF LIFE (1st infringement).

 

Jockey Surya P, the rider of OUR LITTLE DRAGON, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in sharply and cutting across the field before passing the red marker post.

 

Jockey S. John, the rider of MYSTIC MUSIC, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and taking out ADRIPHOS (Sunil Samson) which in turn passed it on to MIRACLES OF LIFE (Vivek) on the far side approaching the 150 Metres.

 

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of MIRACLES OF LIFE.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g FORCE ENSIGN.

 

 

 

 

6th Race:    127. The Karnataka Police Trophy – Div.I. - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above  (12 Runners).

 

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of SUPER SUCCESS, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.  However Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MICKEY MOUSE.  

 

7th Race:    128. The Native Chieftan Plate – Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over  (12 Runners).

 

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of CARDUCCI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not improving his position between the 1000 Metres till about 600 Metres.

 

Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of COLOUR OF GOLD, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to MEHERANI (Imran Chisty) on his outside approaching the 150 Metres.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m COLOUR OF GOLD.

 

8th Race:     129. The Ranganathittu Plate – Div.I - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).

 

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of the above race.

 

LITTLE MAN (Arshad Alam) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

 

FLAME’S FURY (C. Harish) sustained a cut injury on right hind tendon.

 

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from dk b g VICIOUS CIRCLE.

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g JERSEY WONDER.

 

9th Race:    130. The Karnataka Police Trophy – Div.II. - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above  (12 Runners).

 

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R, the rider of FRENEMEE, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 700 Metres due to a closely packed field.

 

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of WINGS OF FORTUNE, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 200 Metres due to a closely packed field.

 

Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of AUMENTO, reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 300 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have pulled up lame on right fore.  Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 

 

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f LIGHT OF MAGIC.
