1st Race: 143. The M.E.G.Cup - Div. II - (About) 1400 Meters. Horses rated 15 to 35 (12 Runners).

INCITATUS (A. Ramu) jumped awkwardly outwards at the start.

VALENTINE BABE (Cedric Segeon) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

DIVINO (M. Prabhakaran) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of HAPPY DANCING trained by Sharat Kumar and ridden by M. Kumar in the above race.

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding by Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu on his mount IRA and trained by Mr. Pradeep Annaiah in the above race.

IRA (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

HAPPY DANCING (M. Kumar) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

2nd Race: 144. The Mysore Race Club Trophy - (About) 1400 Meters. 3 years old only (10 Runners).

LYCURGUS (Prashant P.Dhebe) suddenly shied away from the railings passing the 900 Meters.

Jockey S. John, the rider of KAMBAKU was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course before passing the red market post.

 

Jockey P. S. Chouhan, the rider of SUN BLAZER reported that his mount was not galloping fluently from 900 Meters onwards. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

CHEMICAL ROMANCE (Neeraj Rawal) sustained superficial injury on right hind coronate.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c APACHE SUNRISE.

3rd Race: 145. The Vijayanagar Cup - Div. I - (About) 1200 Meters. Horses rated 30 to 50, 5 years old and over (12 Runners).

CHINA ONE (V.R. Jagadeesh) jumped awkwardly outwards.

Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu, the rider of BAZINGA was severely reprimanded for not improving position till about the 600 Meters.

Jockey Y. S. Srinath, the rider of AGUANTE reported that he lost his right rein passing the 300 Meters.

Jockey K. Mukesh Kumar, the rider of ALVAREZ reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 150 Meters.

STELLAR AMBITION (Darshan R.N) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the race that DIAMOND GREEN (Akshay Kumar) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade –IV). Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4th Race: 146. The Bangalore Race Course 154th Year Commemoration Trophy - (About) 1600 Meters. 4 years old and over (Terms)(6 Runners).

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of AURIGA was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race(1st infringement).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MICKEY MOUSE.

5th Race: 147. The Indian Republic Trophy - (About) 1800 Meters. Horses rated 60 and above  (12 Runners).

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of FLAMBOYANCE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to GABINO (Cedric Segeon) on his inside passing the 1400 Meters.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of BONFIRE was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and taking out SPIRIT AND TRUTH (M. Mark)  between 300 Meters and 200 Meters.

6th Race: 148. The Vidhana Soudha Cup - (About) 1400 Meters. Horses rated 30 to 50 (12 Runners).

LIGHTNING STRIKES (Y. S. Srinath) reared up as the gates opened and lost few lengths at the start. Trainer Mr. Sandhu. G was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Ramesh Kumar N, the rider of ODYSSEY was fined  Rs. 1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to JAMES BOND (Irvan Singh) on his outside passing the 900 Meters.

Jockey Shiva Kumar S, the rider of WINGS OF FORTUNE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting 'in and causing interference to JAMES BOND (Irvan Singh)  on his inside passing the 900 Meters.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of CAPE CROSS was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing WINGS OF FORTUNE (Shiva Kumar S.)  passing the 900 Meters.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of SANS ESCALE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the race that CAPE CROSS (Arshad Alam) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

WINGS OF FORTUNE (Shiva Kumar S) sustained deep injury on left hock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g FIRE GLOW.

7th Race:  149. The B.N.Gudiyappa Bangalore Derby - (About) 2400 Meters. 4-Year-old Indian Horses (Foaled in 2013) (10 Runners).

 

AMBER CROWN (Ashok Kumar A.) shifted out and inconvenienced PROSERPINE (A. Sandesh) soon after jumping out from the starting gates.

It was reported after the race that PROSERPINE (A. Sandesh) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

8th Race: 150. The M.E.G.Cup - Div. I - (About) 1400 Meters. Horses rated 15 to 35 (12 Runners).

CORAGGIO (S. John) shifted out violently after jumping out from the starting gates thereby causing severe interference to the horses on his outside viz; KASAULI (Prashant P.Dhebe), LOOK OUT (Nitin Singh) and A WORD TO REMEMBER (Sunil Samson) as the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. However, Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must not accept with CORAGGIO again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey P.Trevor, the rider of LIGHTNING ATTACK was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to STERLING ROLE (P. S. Chouhan)  on his outside between 600 Meters and 500 Meters.

Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of LOOK OUT reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight thereby inconveniencing GREY HOUND (Rayan Ahmed. R) on his inside passing the 300 Meters. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of GREY HOUND was fined Rs.3,000/-  for cutting across the field and slowed down the pace due to which STERLING ROLE (P. S. Chouhan)  which was travelling directly behind the front runner had to check his mount passing the 1200 Meters.

Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe, the rider of KASAULI reported that he accidently lost his whip approaching the 100 Meters.

It was reported after the race that A WORD TO REMEMBER (Sunil Samson) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c LIGHTNING ATTACK.

9th Race: 151. The Vijayanagar Cup - Div. II - (About) 1200 Meters. Horses rated 30 to 50, 5 years old and over (12 Runners).

Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge ZUBAIDA (Neeraj Rawal) in the above race (1st infringement).

Jockey Y. S. Srinath, the rider of TOPAZ was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to CELESTIAL STORM (V.R. Jagadeesh)  on his inside passing the 250 Meters.

 

 

CROZIET (M. Prabhakaran) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
