False Rails: Railing fixed at average width of 7.5 Meters from 1600 Meters to the winning post from its original position.
1st Race: 78. The Kakanakote Plate - (About) 1400 Meters. Horses rated 00 to 20, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
Trainer Mr.S. Inayathulla and Jockey T.S. Jodha were questioned regarding running and riding of RED CEDAR. The Trainer stated that:
(a) he had instructed his Jockey to ride from second third position and do his best in the straight;
(b) that his charge was running after a very long gap and that he could not give a final spurt as the underfoot condition was bad two days prior to the race;
(c) he also added that his charge had undergone a knee chip surgery after he took it over from Trainer Mr. Puttana.
The Jockey corroborated the statement of the trainer with respect to the instructions given to him and added that his mount was tired in the final 100 Meters of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was detected. Trainer was informed to ensure better performance of the horse in future.
It was reported after the race that MAGNIFICENT MARY (Nazerul Alam) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

2nd Race: 79. The December Plate - (About) 1200 Meters. Maiden Horses 2 years old only (11 Runners).
Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was fined Rs.3,000/- for not obtaining prior permission for his charge AUTOCRATIC to race with tongue strap. Subsequently permission was granted to him to run his charge with tongue strap.
Jockey P.Trevor, the rider of AUTOCRATIC jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced REGAL REALM (P. S. Chouhan) which in turn passed it onto CLASSIC SPEED (Rajesh Kumar M) at the start.
Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of WINSOME reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c AUTOCRATIC.
3rd Race: 80. The Nethravathi Trophy - (About) 2000 Meters. Horses rated 60 and above (7 Runners).
In a tightly packed field AMBITIOUS REWARD (Irvan Singh) had to shift 'in' thereby inconveniencing ZODIAC (Suraj Narredu) passing 1900 Meters.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c PALLAS.
4th Race: 81. The Vidurashwatha Plate - Div. I - (About) 1200 Meters. Horses rated 15 to 35, 5 years old and over (11 Runners).
BELLA PINKY (Irvan Singh) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Jockey A.Ramu, the rider of BREAKING AWAY was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and tightening the horses on his inside viz; CANDICE (Jan'dhan Paswan), WOODRIDGE (Surya P.) and ANMOL HIRA (Syed Imran) approaching the 1000 Meters.
WOODRIDGE (Surya P.) impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch m GOOD FRUIT.
5th Race: 82. The Shravanabelagola Plate - (About) 1400 Meters. Horses rated 30 to 50, 4 years old and over (12 Runners).
Jockey Jan'dhan Paswan, the rider of MONTENEGRO was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing I'VE GOT CLOUT (P. Trevor) approaching 800 Meters.
Jockey Jan'dhan Paswan, the rider of MONTENEGRO was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to WINGS OF FORTUNE (Suraj Narredu) which in turn passed it onto INDIAN LEGEND (P. Ramesh) rounding the final bend.
MONTENEGRO (Jan’dhan Paswan) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Jockey S.K.Paswan, the rider of RAVELNATION was fined Rs.5000/- for the inept handling of his mount during the race. He was further cautioned in presence of Trainer Mr. G. Sandhu that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. The horse was however impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

6th Race: 83. The Royal Calcutta Turf Club Cup - (About) 1200 Meters. 3-year-old horses (foaled in 2013) (Terms)(7 Runners).
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Irfan Ghatala to withdraw GYPSY (Anjar Alam) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
ANTANANARIVO (S. John) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced FABULOUS TOUCH (P. S. Chouhan) soon after jumping out.
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of FJORD reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr.Darius R Byramji was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of ERDEMIR reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Sandhu. G was informed to take remedial measures.
Jockey P. S. Chouhan, the rider of FABULOUS TOUCH was fined Rs.3,000/- for excessive use of whip on his mount during the race(1st infringement).
ZAFRAN (P. Trevor) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
ERDEMIR (V.R.Jagadeesh) sustained superficial injury to buccal mucosa.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f FABULOUS TOUCH.
7th Race: 84. The Kudremukh Plate - (About) 1400 Meters. Horses rated 15 to 35. (12 Runners).
Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of PEARL CITY was severely reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ABOVE THE REST (R.N. Darshan) which in turn interfered with WIND STRIKER (Jan'dhan Paswan) at the start.
Jockey M. Ravi, the rider of FINE BARRISTOR was reprimanded for travelling wide from 900 Meters till about 700 Meters for no apparent reason.
Jockey Syed Imran, the rider of AS GOOD AS IT GETS ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
WIND STRIKER (Jan'dhan Paswan) sustained deep injury on right hind tendon.

8th Race: 85. The Vidurashwatha Plate - Div. II - (About) 1200 Meters. Horses rated 15 to 35, 5 years old and over (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. V. Lokanath withdraw NAGARJUNA (Adarsh G.) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Girish .R, the rider of JUST FABULOUS was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to GALWAY GIRL (Darshan.R.N) which in turn passed it onto AIR DANCER (Jan’dhan Paswan) on his inside soon after the start.
Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of BETTER THAN EVER was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to GODDESS OF LOVE (Rayan Ahmed. R) passing the 800 Meters.
Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of GODDESS OF LOVE reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that the horse sustained superficial gum injuries.
ANFIELD (V.R. Jagadeesh) was reported to have pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ICEPICK WILLIE.
