False Rails: Railing fixed at average width of 7.5 Meters from 1600 Meters to the Winning post.
1st Race: 86. The Gulbarga Plate - (About) 1100 Meters. Horses rated 00 to 20 (11 Runners).
Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.10,000/- for Contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2016-17 in accepting MAGNIFICENT MARY in the above race and also on 16th December 2016 in The Kakanakote Plate - (About) 1400 Meters, Horses rated 00 to 20, 4 years old and over. Subsequently MAGNIFICENT MARY was not declared to start in the above race.
SIMPLE SUM (Darshan R.N) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of ISLAND PEARL was reprimanded for shifting out and bumping BAY SUNDAY (Shobhan Babu) approaching the 900 Meters.
Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of CLAIRE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to CASHMERE (D. Patel) on his inside approaching 350 Meters.
Jockey S. John, the rider of THEJAGUAR was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing CASHMERE (D. Patel) passing the 300 Meters.
It was observed that BAY SUNDAY (Shobhan Babu) was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. Trainer F. Sirajuddin was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

2nd Race: 87. The Amathos Plate - Div. II - (About) 1200 Meters. Horses rated 15 to 35 (11 Runners).
A HEARTTOREMEMBER (Rayan Ahmed R.) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey Shiva Kumar S., the rider of PERFECTGOLDENERA was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing BRUNESCO (Anjar Alam) which in turn passed it onto QUEENOFGOODTIMES (S. John) approaching 900 Meters.
Jockey Anjar Alam, the rider of BRUNESCO was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing NINON (Nazerul Alam) passing the 700 Meters.
NO TOUCHING (K. Raja Rao) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
NINON (Nazerul Alam) sustained superficial injury on right fore pastern.

3rd Race: 88. The Royal Russian Plate - (About) 1600 Meters. Horses rated 15 to 35, 4 years old and over (10 Runners).
Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge PURE ESTEEM (Nitin Singh).
It was observed that MASTERS GLORY (V.R. Jagadeesh) was lugging out under pressure in the final 100 Meters.
PURE ESTEEM (Nitin Singh) planted and lost many lengths. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
PURE ESTEEM (Nitin Singh) sustained superficial injury to right hind fetlock.
It was reported after the race that DEL PORTO (Anjar Alam) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4th Race: 89. The Ruia Stud Plate - Div. I - (About) 1200 Meters. Horses rated 45 to 65 (10 Runners).
RAKSHITHA (M. Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Jockey S. John, the rider of MILLROSE was severely reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing EMPRESS OF ROME (Ashok Kumar.A) passing the 200 Meters.

5th Race: 90. The Chickmagalur Nirvanappa Shetty Nanjamma TMP Cup - (About) 1800 Meters. Horses rated 30 to 50 (9 Runners).
Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of LEGACY DREAM reported that his rein got entangled with the whip between the 300 Meters to 200 Meters.
Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of LEGACY DREAM was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to TOWERING HEIGHTS (S. John) on his inside in the final 75 Meters.

SIDI BAMBA (Rayan Ahmed R.) gradually dropped back after passing 800 Meters and ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was advised to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Md Hesnain, the rider of I SMILE, was severely reprimanded for shifting out and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz; AMAZING REDD (Arshad Alam),LORD DARLINGTON (Neeraj Rawal), ALL IN (Irvan Singh), INTERESTING (M. Prabhakaran) and AKHA TEEJ (S. John) soon after the start.
