Jockey Y. S. Srinath (SHIVALIK BOY) was questioned as to the handling of his mount during the early part of the race, he reported that despite urgings his mount did not respond well and as such he lost pace and thereafter, he received a check passing 1000 Meters. His explanations were noted.
It was observed that FLYING PRINCE ( Hanumant Singh) which was fiercely galloping had to check is mount as the front runners slowed down, due to which REVERBERATING was running direcly behind the former, had to also check his mount and shift out. thereby inconveniencing SHIVALIK BOY which was travelling on the outside of REVERBERATING had to be checked shift out between 1000 Meters to 900 Meters.
GALENO sustained superficial injury on right hock.
Jockey Vinod Shinde (CRIQUETTE) reported that his mount suddenly shied away from the horse on his outside viz; REVERBERATING and due to which brushed the railings passing the 1000 Meters and thereafter, gradually fell back and ran detached from the field.
SEA OF STARS (Naveen M.) was examined at the starting gate by the Club''s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore.
