RACING INCIDENTS

Penetrometer Reading:    3.9 cms

False Rails: Railing fixed at average width of 5 Metres from 1600 Metres to winning post from its original position.

 

1st Race:  23. The Aihole Plate - Div. II - (About) 1200 metres. Horses rated 15 to 35 (12 Runners).

KANTHAKA (Rajesh Kumar M) was extremely fractious, bolted on the way to the starting gates and ran anti clockwise. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.

CAPTAIN CALM (Deepak Singh G) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Dheeraj.V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MIMING (S.K.Paswan) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sandhu G. was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

IRISH PRINCE (Ramesh Kumar N) after jumping out did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 300 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have pulled up lame on right hind. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Jockey K. Raja Rao, the rider of ROCK N ROLLA had to steady his mount approaching 900 Metres due to a closely packed field.

ISLAND PEARL (Kiran Rai P) sustained superficial injury on right hind pastern.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g KVASIR.

2nd Race:   24. The Murdeshwar Plate - (About) 1400 metres. Horses rated 00 to 20 (13 Runners).

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Mahmood Khan to withdraw MAGNIFICENT MARY as Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe was certified medically unfit to ride and as no suitable substitute rider was available to ride in the above race.

Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of PRINCESS HOLLY reported that his mount was hanging out from 800 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have sustained superficial injury on left knee. 

Jockey Sunil Samson, the rider of ESPRESSO reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the final 500 Metres. The horse was was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. MAhmood Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey R. Anand, the rider of HELIOS was reprimanded for travelling wide passing the 500 Metres for no apparent reason.

It was observed that MY VALENTINE (Surya P.) was hanging out in the final 300 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have burst its blood vessels and sustained superficial injury on left hock. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that HIT AGAIN (V.R. Jagadeesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b h LIKEAKNIFE.

3rdRace: 25. The Bold Majesty Plate - (About) 1600 metres. Horses rated 60 and above (8 Runners).

ZEPHIR (Sai Kiran) jumped out awkwardly and did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 300 Metres. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of TOWERING HEIGHTS reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 150 Metres.

It was reported after the race that ACE BUCEPHALUS (Nazerul Alam) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MYSTIC MUSIC (Imran Chisty) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g INTO THE SPOTLIGHT.

4th Race: 26. The A P Kothavala Memorial Trophy - (About) 1200 metres. 3 years old only (11 Runners).

Jockey Arshad Alam replaced the indisposed Jockey Prashant P Dhebe on PELUCHE.

LOVELY SIERRA (V.R.Jagadeesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SILVER DEW (Sunil Samson) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

It was observed that LOVELY SIERRA (V.R.Jagadeesh) ran detached from the field and also Jockey V. R. Jagadeesh reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed .R the rider of KARTOOS reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c ARECA LEGEND.

 

5th Race: 27. The Bangalore Turf Club Trophy (Grade III) - (About) 1200 metres. 4 years old and over (6 Runners).

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SILVER IKON reported that his mount was lugging in under pressure during final stages of the race.

It was observed that SAN MARTINO (P. Trevor) was lugging in under pressure in the final 200 Metres.

Compulsory samples were taken for analysis from the following I,II & III placed horses viz:

6th Race:  28. The O M Lingappa Silver Bar Trophy - (About) 2000 metres. Horses rated 30 to 50 (6 Runners).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g ULTIMATE WARRIOR.

7th Race:  29. The Aihole Plate - Div. I - (About) 1200 metres. Horses rated 15 to 35 (12 Runners).

MUSIC DIVINE (Rayan Ahmed R.) was extremely fractious in the saddling enclosure and injured its right knee, right fetlock and right stiffle. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SOUTH BELL (Sai Kiran) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

AGNAR (Sunil Samson) after jumping out swerved towards the left and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Pradeep Annaiah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey K. Raja Rao, the rider of LOOK OUT was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SAN BERNARDINO (Rajesh N) approaching 1100 Metres.

Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of ALBERETTA was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing AEROSPEED (Darshan R.N) approaching 1100 Metres.

Jockey K. Raja Rao, the rider of LOOK OUT was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of INCREDIBLE STORY was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

DEIMUS (P. Trevor) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

LASSILO (S.K.Paswan) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f ALBERETTA.

8th Race: 30. The Madhugiri Plate - (About) 1200 metres. Horses rated 30 to 50, 5 years old and over (Whips not allowed) (12 Runners).

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Aravind.G to withdraw STERLING ROLE (Ashok Kumar A.)  on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

HANKO (Shiva Kumar. S) was examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer in the saddling enclosure and was found to have broken front tip of its right fore shoe and as no replacement was available it was permitted to be withdrawn. 

Jockey P. Surya, the rider of YELLOWZONE was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey R.N. Darshan, the rider of TAMARA reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey S. Imran, the rider of BLUE BLAZER was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NAGARJUNA.
