GRAND EMPIRE (Ashok Kumar A.) burst its blood vessels. Trainer was informed to must produce a Fitness Certificate.

An enquiry was held on 21st January, 2019 by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey K. Sai Kiran on his mount AINE in that he shifted out caused severe interference to WINGS OF DESIRE (P. Trevor) on his outside, which in turn passed it onto GRAND EMPIRE (Ashok Kumar .A) passing the 1100 Metres. Jockey K. Sai Kiran was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey K. Sai Kiran and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey K. Sai Kiran for careless riding. The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended Jockey K. Sai Kiran with effect from 31st January, 2019 to 8th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount AINE (he is permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

Jockey A. Sandesh (VARCASVA) reported that his mount was making a roaring noise. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have (ILH paralysis - on endoscopy). Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

Jockey Adarsh .G replaced the indisposed Jockey Ganesh. N on KUDLA PUNCH.
