GAME CHANGER (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was questioned as regards poor performance of his charge MAHANATI (S. Selvaraj).

The trainer stated that:

(a) He had taken over this horse at the end of September;

(b) He had instructed the Jockey to ride from a forward position but his charge took sluggish jump and could not obtain a desired position;

(c) Thereafter, Jockey was forced to travel wide from the 700 Metres;

(d) His charge stopped galloping in the final 75 Metres and ran detached thereafter;

(e) He also added that he would check his charge if it had any aliments and would take necessary measures for it to perform better in its upcoming starts.

His explanations were noted for future reference.

FINE BARRISTOR (K. Nazil) was examined at the starting gate by the Club''s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter''s order. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.
