Jockey Arshad Alam (MASADA) reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight and the horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have raw wound on left commissure of mouth.Trainer was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting  with it again.

It was observed that the saddle  on MIDNIGHT SKY (Darshan R.N) had shifted forward passing the 1400 Metres as such the Jockey could not offer any assistance on his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
