Jockey T. S. Jodha (EXTREMELYDANGEROUS) reported that his mount was lugging out under pressure in the final 200 Metres.

Jockey Naveen M (SECURING SMILES) was fined Rs.2,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount in the final 200 Metres.

Trainer Mr. Nityanand G. was questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge DONTBREAKTHERULES (Arshad Alam). The trainer stated that:

(a) he had instructed the rider to ride from 3rd – 4th position and do his best in the straight;

(b) His charge had run a close 5th in Race No.2 in a higher class as such he choose to run it over a mile in a lower class i.e., 00 to 20.

(c) The rider rode as per his instructions but it appeared to him as the horse was drifting out under pressure in the final 200 Metres.

(d) The Jockey corroborated the statement of the trainer and added that his mount was inclined to run out from 1000 Metres.

Their explanations were noted for future reference.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran (NATALIE) was fined Rs.10,000/- for coming 'in' sharply and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; KINGS KID and GOLDEN OPINION approaching 1400 Metres.

ALL SAID AND DONE (Adarsh G.) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.

Jockey Kiran Rai P (BAZINGA) was reprimanded for travelling wide between the 500 Metres and 400 Metres for no apparent reason.

GUMPTION (IndraJeet Singh) pulled up after the winning post and was found to have blood from both nostrils, collapsed and it died. An enquiry is being held into the incident.

Trainer was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again and was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

REFERENCE (D''nuSingh Deora) after jumping out did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 100 Metres.Trainer was informed a Mock Race.

Jockey D''nuSingh Deora (REFERENCE) reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race and the horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained clipped injury on right fore bulb of heel.

POWERSCOURT (Rayan Ahmed R.) sustained superficial injury on left fore knee.

BEOND REACH (K. Sai Kiran) was extremely fractious at the start and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starter''s order.
