Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar and Jockey Suraj Narredu were questioned regarding the running and riding of STREAK AHEAD in the above race.The trainer was also questioned regarding the increase in weight of the horse by 12 kgs in comparison to its previous run. The trainer stated that he could not offer much explanation regarding the run of the horse except that he felt the horse had moved up with penalties for running second and with regards to the increase in weight he stated that he was unaware of the increase as he was saddling the horse but he would look into this aspect after the races. He was informed to submit the feed and work register of the horse. Jockey  stated that the horse packed up in the final 50 Metres of the race despite his best efforts. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade - IV). Trainer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club''s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
