An enquiry was held on 22nd December, 2019 by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race where Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of GIN DAISY  shifted ''in'' and caused interference to NOSTRADAMUS (Kiran Rai P), DARAHASINI (Surya P.), PRINCEAZEEM (T. S. Jodha) and UNIFIER (P. S. Chouhan) whereby the respective riders had to check their mounts approaching 1000 Metres and he further shifted ''in'' and tightened the horses on your inside viz; AEROSPEED (Arvind Kumar) and CANDLELIGHTQUEEN (S. John) passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey  Rayan Ahmed R. After viewing the CCTV they decided to charge Jockey Rayan Ahmed R for Careless Riding Rule No. 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended Jockey Rayan Ahmed R with effect from 1st January, 2020 to 4th January, 2020 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge for Careless Riding Rule No. 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount GIN DAISY. (He is permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal).

FORESIGHT (A.R.Pradeep) had collapsed in the paddock after coming back from the race and did not respond to the emergency treatment given and thereafter died.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of BAROG reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughtout in the race and the horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to be lame on left hind. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

NAAYAAB (Chethan Gowda) took a fly jump.

REGAL FORCE (Imran Chisty) was wtihdrawn on veterinary grounds as the horses got cast in the stabels which resulted severe lameness. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R (HAPPY DANCING) was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ISPELLDANGERTOALL (Mohd Asif Khan) on his outside approaching 300 Mtres.

AGNAR (Darshan R.N) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the horses onhis outside viz; FIND (S. John), JAMES BOND (Vishwanath A.) and LIMATO (Kiran Rai P) at the start.

Jockey T. S. Jodha, the rider of AZEEMKI PRINCESS had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner BLARNEY STONE (Chethan Gowda) in a closely packed field and shifted out inconveniencing the horses on his outside viz; ISPELLDANGERTOALL (Mohd Asif Khan), ADMIRAL ONE (Irvan Singh) and AMAZING ANGEL (V.R.Jagadeesh) approaching 900 Metres.

FIORENZO (R. Vaibhav) was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.

SILKEN STRIKER (R. Vaibhav) ran detached from the field. Trainer was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards the Stewards held an enquiry into the interference caused by Jockey Ankit Yadav, the rider of ARMIN,whereby he shifted ‘in'' sharply soon after jumping out causing severe interfernce to the horses on his inside viz; RED GALILEO (Arshad Alam), LUCKY ISABELLA (A.Imran Khan) and RADIANT TREASURE (Saddam Hussain) , resulting in Jockey Shiva Kumar S., the rider of CAPSTONE getting totally unbalanced and was dislodged. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the respective Jockeys viz;  Ankit Yadav, Arshad Alam, A.Imran Khan and  Saddam Hussain. After deliberations, the stewards decided to disqualify ARMIN which has placed 4th from the above race.

An enquiry was held on 22nd December, 2019 by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race where Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of BIRCHWOOD shifted ‘in' sharply and caused interference to  SHARP RESPONSE (S. Zervan) and WINGS OF DESIRE (A.Imran Khan) before the red marker post and thereafter shifted across the field dangerously approaching the 1000 Metres violating the practice of the safety of other riders.

Jockey Kiran Rai P was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey Kiran Rai P. After viewing the CCTV they decided to charge Jockey Kiran Rai P for Careless Riding Rule No. 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended Jockey Kiran Rai P with effect from 28th December, 2019 to 3rd January, 2020 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge for Careless Riding Rule No. 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount BIRCHWOOD. (He is permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal).

In a closely packed field, Jockey David Allan, the rider of ROYAL RESOLUTION clipped the front runner TRIGGAR (Arul J.H), whereby the rider was totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount, thereafter the riderless horse bumped ROYAL RESOLUTION on his outside whereby, SIYOUNI (M. Mark), OPTIMISTICAPPROACH (Manish R) and SHARP RESPONSE (S. Zervan) who were travelling alongside were hampered and the riders had to check their respective mounts approaching 1000 Metres. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident and the ROYAL RESOLUTION was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was observed that the rider less horse TRIGGAR hampered the running of SHARP RESPONSE passing 800 Metres and again shifted out and took out TIO RICO passing 700 Metres and also it was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.
