MRS THATCHER (David Allan) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate.
