1st Race: 54. The Mudigere Plate-(About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 25 and below, 5 years old and over (8 Runners)
Trainer Mr. B.K. Narendra, was fined Rs.500/- for using wrong coloured cap in respect of his charge DIVINE FORCE. Subsequently it was rectified by changing to the correct coloured cap.
Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of THE ROLLS, was reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.
Jockey B. Mahesh, the rider of LATIN TWISTER, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g THE ROLLS.
2nd Race: 55.The Bugle Rock Plate-(about) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 25 and below (11 Runners)
DIRTY HARRY (Nasir Imam) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. B.K. Narendra was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
LOOKING TO LUCK (M. Madhu Babu) reared up as the gates opened and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. J. Sharavanan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
DIVA (S.R. Santosh Klumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced STELLAR STAR (Melvyn Maseyk) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of CLASSIC CONCEPT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to STELLAR STAR (Melvyn Maseyk) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres.
Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of CLASSIC CONCEPT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and bumping STINGER (K. Chethana) on his inside approaching the 250 Metres.
Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of CLASSIC CONCEPT, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course during the final stages of the race.
SAUCE PIQUANT (A.R. Mani) sustained a cut over left hind fetlock.
3rd Race: 56. The Whitefield Plate-Div.II-(About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge IRISH INTELLECT (S. Shiva Kumar). Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.
Jockey N. Ravinder Singh, the rider of YANKEE LANE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and crowding the horses on his inside viz. CHAKRAVYUHA BHEDAK (Vijay Kumar) and QUEEN OF DESTINY (Vivek) before passing the red marker post.
It was reported after the race that VERTICAL LIMIT (V. Chandrakant) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. M. Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4th Race: 57. The Shivajinagar Plate-(About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)
As Jockey N. Tauseef Ahmed was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Ravi Shanker to substitute Jockey A.R. Mani to ride FAUSTIAN in place of the declared rider.
SECRET FURY (J. Paswan) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced ARKWRIGHT (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) and BEE FOR YOU (R. Ravi) on the inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
5th Race: 58. The Whitefield Plate - Div.I - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was fined Rs.500/- for using wrong coloured cap in respect of his charge FEEL MY HEART(Ahsan Qureshi). Subsequently it was rectified by changing to the correct coloured cap.
Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of FEEL MY HEART, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SATIN SLIPPER (Amarpreet Singh) which in turn passed it on to ROYAL VIEW (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) on his inside before passing the red marker post.
It was reported after the race that TRUE FORCE (Gaurav Sapra) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
FEEL MY HEART (Ahsan Qureshi) sustained cut injury on right hind inside cannon.
6th Race: 59. The S.V. Subramaniam Memorial Gold Cup -(About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (8 Runners)
SAQQARAH (Shadab Khan) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. J. Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of MISS RUBY, was reprimanded for repeatedly looking back in the straight for no apparent reason.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f MISS RUBY.
7th Race: 60. Koramangala Plate - (about) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 80 and above (12 Runners).
As Jockey M. Madhu Babu was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. J. Sharavanan to substitute Jockey B. Sreekanth to ride LOOKING TO LEAD in place of the declared rider.

Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar, the rider of PERFECT BOND, reported that his saddle shifted forward over the withers soon after the start and therefore he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. After examination of the equipment soon after the race, trainer Mr. C.D. Monnappa was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling.
Jockey K.P.G. Appu , the rider of ASHKAN, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing severe interference to SECRET COMMAND (S. Chandrashekar) on his outside which in turn passed it on to DARE DON (Gaurav Sapra) on the far side approaching the 350 Metres.
It was reported after the race that SECRET COMMAND (S. Chandrashekar) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. C.V.G.K. Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

8th Race: 61. The Evita Plate - (About) 1800 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners)
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey Mohammed Shoaib to ride FINAL FRONTIER in place of the declared rider.
Trainer Mr. Pratap M Kamath was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge AHIRA. Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g HAKUNA MATATA.

FIFTH DAY, WEDNESDAY, 9TH JUNE, 2010.
37. The Harangi Dam Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65.
The Stipendiary Stewards reported trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to the Stewards for not running his charge WAR HEAD on its merit (Rule No.159(a) and Jockey Himanshu for not permitting his mount WAR HEAD to run on its merits (Rule No.159(a) & (b)) in the above said race. The Stewards held an enquiry on 16-6-2010, 23-6-2010 and 30-6-2010. They examined trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav, Mr. Warren Singh Spokesman for Jockey Himanshu and the Jockey himself. Considering the evidence tendered by them, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and acting on their own observation of the running of the race, the Stewards decided to (a) suspend the trainer's licence granted to trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav from 15-7-2010 to 4-8-2010 and refer him to the Stewards of BTC Ltd., for further action, for not running his charge WAR HEAD on its merits (Rule No.159(a) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in the above said race and (b) suspend the Jockey licence granted to Jockey Himanshu from 15-7-2010 to 4-8-2010 and refer him to the Stewards of BTC Ltd., for further action, not to permit him to ride work during the period of suspension for not permitting his mount WAR HEAD to run on its merits (Rule NO.159(a) & (b) of BTC Rules of Racing) in the above said race.
