1st Race: 82. The Queen of the Hills Plate - (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 25 and below (10 Runners)

Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed the declared rider of WHISPER VALLEY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not arriving in time to fulfill his riding engagements. Hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to substitute Jockey Melvyn Maseyk to ride WHISPER VALLEY in place of Jockey N. Tauseef Ahmed the declared rider.

Jockey A.R. Mani, the rider of SAUCE PIQUANT, reported at the starting gates that the bridle on his mount had snapped. Subsequently it was replaced. Trainer Mr. B.K. Narendra was fined Rs.2,000/- for using an unserviceable equipment.

PROWL KING (Deep Shanker) was very fractious inside the Gates and injured itself. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. M. Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SAUCE PIQUANT (A R Mani) was observed to have sustained cut injury on left hind inside fetlock, resulting in lameness at the gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. B.K. Narendra was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SPARK OF SYMPHONY (G Y Rajesh Babu) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its continued unpredictable behaviour, trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan the rider of HEROS DOMINANCE was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to CALLIDORA (N Ravinder Singh) before passing the red marker post.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of HEROS DOMINANCE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to ARYANSH (Amyn Merchant) passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey Vivek the rider of ANALIKA was fined Rs.1.000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to HI HEINEKEN (Mohammed Shoaib) approaching the 800 Metres.

HI HEINEKEN (Mohammed Shoaib) sustained cut injury on right stifle.

DIVA (S Chandrashekar) sustained cut injury on left hind inner bulb of heel.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m CALLIDORA.

2nd Race: 83. The Diabolical Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (9 Runners)

Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge BRIANNSTA (Amyn Merchant) as regards shoeing.

Jockey Amyn Merchant the rider of BRIANNSTA was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to JERICHO (Janardhan Paswan) approaching the 600 Metres.

Jockey Irvan Singh the rider of ROYAL LIASON was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to BRIANNSTA (Amyn Merchant) which in turn passed it on to JERICHO (Janardhan Paswan) before passing the red marker post.

MINCHU (Melvyn Maseyk) sustained a cut injury on left hind inside fetlock.

3rd Race: 84. The Abide Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (8 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw CASINO ROYAL (Md. Kareem) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore due to sprained shoulder. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey M.J. GautamRajUrs, the rider of ACTOR, reported that his saddle shifted back soon after jumping out of the starting gates. After examination of the equipment trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling.

Jockey N Ravinder Singh the rider of INTIFADA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz. ARKWRIGHT (J. Paswan) and ACTOR (M.J. GautamRajUrs) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey S Selvaraj the rider of HAPPINESS reported that his mount was inclined to run 'out' soon after jumping out of the starting gates. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again

It was reported after the race that INTIFADA (N. Ravinder Singh) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi for the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of his charge SIMPLY DANGEROUS (Ladjadj Stephane), the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race No.53 of Mysore Summer Races 2010, i.e., The Kodlipet Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65 run on 23rd June, 2010 when ridden by Jockey V. Chandrakant, it ran unplaced. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi. After deliberations, they decided to fine trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi a sum of Rs.20,000/- for inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of his charge SIMPLY DANGEROUS, the winner of this race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.53 of the Mysore Summer Races 2010, when it was ridden by Jockey V Chandrakant, it ran unplaced.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SIMPLY DANGEROUS.

4th Race: 85. The Ganjam Plate - Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (9 Runners)

VERTEX (S Selvaraj) jumped out awkwardly and refused to raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Vivek the rider of JUGNU reported that his mount was hanging 'out' in the straight. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

JUGNU (Vivek) sustained cut injury on right fore fetlock.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from dk b g IRISH INTELLECT.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g CHAKRAVYUHA BHEDAK.

5th Race: 86. The Bol Publication Cup (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over (12 Runners)

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to declare Jockey B Srikanth to ride his charge AWESOME FIGHTER.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to declare Jockey R Ravi to ride his charge BOSTON RANGER.

Jockey N Ravinder Singh the rider of MASTER YODA was reprimanded for repeatedly looking back during the final stages of the race for no apparent reason.

Jockey N Ravinder Singh, the rider of MASTER YODA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for exulting before passing the winning post.

It was reported after the race that HAKUNA MATATA (S Chandrashekar) pulled up lame on left hind. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

COLLATERAL (Khurshad Alam) sustained bruises on both hind fetlock.

6th Race: 87. The Tapathi Plate - (About) 1600 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above (10 Runners)

It was reported after the race that CAFÉ COFFEE (Ranjeet Singh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m LYRA.

7th Race: 88. The Ganjam Plate - Div.I - (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65 (9 Runners)

Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.500/- for using `all black' emergency colours on his charge CHOCOLATE BROWNIE (Md. Kareem).

Jockey Mohammed Shoaib the rider of GREEN VISION was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to TIME FOR ALL (Gaurav Sapra) which in turn passed it on to BLOOD STREAM (R Ravi) on the outside approaching the 300 Metres.

Jockey R. Ravi, the rider of BLOOD STREAM, reported that his saddle shifted back rounding the final bend. After examination of the equipment trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling.

SWISS QUEEN (Ladjadj Stephane) hit the false rails approaching the 700 Metres. On examination after the race it was observed to have sustained deep cut on right chest wall and right stifle. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

STARTER'S REMARKS

1ST RACE: THE QUEEN OF THE HILLS PLATE (ABOUT) 1400 METRES

PROWL KING (Deep Shanker) - Was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Order as the gelding was extremely fractious inside the stall and got injured himself.

SAUCE PIQUANT (A.R.Mani) - Was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Order as the horse was extremely fractious inside the stall and got injured himself.

LAND OF SMILES (Amarpreet Singh) - Was slowly away.

SPARK OF SYMPHONY (G.Y.Rajesh Babu) - Planted and lost many lengths. Advised adequate gate practice.
