1st Race: 33. The Shillong Plate (About) 1600 Metres.
12 Runners Horses rated 30 and below.

Trainer Mr. J Chetan was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring Jockey D Gnaneshwar to ride SUBAGGREGATE without ascertaining the availability of the rider, who had been certified medically unfit to ride. Hence, he was permitted to substitute Jockey Ranjeet Singh to ride SUBAGGREGATE.

IKON BROWN (V R Jagdeesh) planted in the Starting Gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed the rider of SNOW LEOPARD was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to URBAN LEGEND (S Chandrashekar) on his inside, which, in turn, passed it on to ARMIDALE (Afsar Khan), which brushed the false rails, approaching the 1000 Metres.

SOUL MUSIC (Vivek) sustained a cut injury on left hind cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.g. FASTCOLOURS.

Jockey A Velu the rider of PROSPECTOR'S DREAM was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to SUPER CHIEFTAN (N Tauseef Ahmed) on his inside, which, in turn, passed it on to KEEP GUESSING (Vivek), along the rails, approaching the 1200 Metres.

Jockey Noorulla the rider of MARVEL WARRIOR was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to VERTICAL LIMIT (S Chandrashekar) on his outside, approaching the 700 Metres.

Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed the rider of SUPER CHIEFTAN was fined Rs.1,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey G Y Rajesh Babu the rider of EXECUTIVE SPIRIT was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement).

KEEP GUESSING (Vivek) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ISLAND PEARL (Imran Chisty) sustained a cut injury on right hind.

4th Race: 36. The Nagarjunasagar Plate - Div. II (About) 1200 Metres. Horses
10 Runners rated 40 to 70, 5 years old and over.

BELLE CHOSE (Melvyn Maseyk) planted in the Starting Gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M A Tharun Thimmaiah was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

ASSAYE (Nasir Imam) was reluctant to raise a fluent gallop soon after the start and lost considerable ground. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Ravi Shanker was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

5th Race: 37. The Chitradurga Plate - Div. I (About) 1400 Metres. Horses
11 Runners rated 20 to 50.

As Jockey V Gharat was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed to ride APOLLO STORM in place of Jockey V Gharat the declared rider.

MIRACULOUS RULER (N M Khan) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Hence, it was withdrawn before coming under the Starter's Order.

Jockey Ahsan Qureshi the rider of BERKLEY SQUARE was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to PERTINENT (P Kumar) on his inside, which, in turn, passed it on to NO OPPOSITION (M J Gautam Raj Urs), soon after the start.

ADVOCATE GENERAL (Afsar Khan) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

6th Race: 38. The Kudremukh Trophy - Div. I (About) 1600 Metres.
8 Runners Horses rated 40 to 70.

7th Race: 39. The Nagarjunasagar Plate - Div. I (About) 1200 Metres. Horses
9 Runners rated 40 to 70, 5 years old and over.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Warren Singh to withdraw EXCLAIM (M J Gautam Raj Urs) as it was suffering from colic. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, LUFFNESS (Vivek). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

BLUE SPIRIT (G Y Rajesh Babu) stumbled while jumping out of the Starting Gates and again, approaching the 1000 Metres.

8th Race: 40. The Kudremukh Trophy - Div. II (About) 1600 Metres.

Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge, MR BUREAUCRAT (N M Khan), the winner of this race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.24 of the Mysore Winter Races 2007-08, held on Wednesday, 28th November, 2007, i.e., The Sakaleshpur Plate (About) 1600 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 70, 5 years old and over, when ridden by Jockey S Rajesh, it ran unplaced.

Permission was granted to Trainers, M/s.M A Tharun Thimmaiah and J Chetan to deputize on behalf of Trainers M/s.P Prasanna Kumar and M Eshwer, respectively, who were unable to attend the races.
