1st Race : 35. The Dandeli Plate-Div.II - (About) 1200 Metres Horses rated 25 and below. (12 Runners)
Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge GLINT REVELATION. Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.
ARYANSH (M.A.Milan) jumped awkwardly from the gates outside and inconvenienced GLINT REVELATION (Imran Chisty) soon after the start.
Jockey P.Mani the rider of GUN ROCK fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in and causing interference to MR GAMA (M.Suresh) which in turn passed it on to FAMOUS FOR FREE (Melvyn Maseyk) on his inside before passing the red marker post.
Jockey Melvyn Maseyk, the rider of FAMOUS FOR FREE reported that he lost his whip rounding the final bend.
Jockey D.Gnaneshwar the rider of AMAZON reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 300 Metres.
RECORD TIME (M.Madhu Babu) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.
2nd Race : 36. The Dandeli Plate-Div.I- (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 25 and below (12 Runners)
Trainer Mr. C.Girinath was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge FAST COLOURS (S.Selvaraj).Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.
RAJ SATHYA (M.Suresh) stumbled soon after jumping out of the starting gate.
Jockey Md. Kareem the rider of TROPICAL FLYER was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
VAISHALI (S.R.Santosh Kumar) pulled up lame on left fore after the race. Trainer Mr. C.D.Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SON OF FORTUNE.
3rd Race : 37. The Fame and Glory Plate -Div.II (About) 1200 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over (12 Runners).
Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge STAR OF EXCELLENCE. Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.
Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of WISE WORDS, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 300 Metres due to a closely packed field.
Jockey Himanshu, th rider of RIDE AND SHINE, was reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey M.J. Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of ALCHESAYE to the Stewards for incompetent riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed trainer Mr. S. Santosh Rao and Jockey M.J. Gautam Raj Urs. After deliberations, they decided to (a) fine trainer Mr. S. Santosh Rao Rs.10,000/- for unsatisfactory explanation tendered by him during the enquiry; and (b) suspend Jockey M.J. Gautam Raj Urs from riding in races from 12-12-2009 to 19-12-2009 (both days inclusive) for incompetent riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount ALCHESAYE in the above race (permitted to ride work).
4th Race : 38. The Crown Treasure Plate (About) 1600
Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 (12 Runners).
BULLET TRAIN (M.A. Milan) sustained a cut injury on left fore elbow.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g YOU'REMY SENSATION.
5th Race : 39. The Mekedaatu Plate (About) 1200 Metres.
Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over. (11 Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. C.D. Monnappa to withdraw SERIOUS WARRIOR (S.R. Santosh Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on right fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey M.D. Praveen, the rider of PRETTYYASHYASHVINI, was reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.
Jockey M. Madhu Babu, the rider of AMATOL, was reprimanded for standing up on the saddle before passing the winning post.
Jockey M. Madhu Babu, the rider of AMATOL, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).
ARTIC PRINCESS (D. Gnaneshwar) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock joint.
CHAMCHA IN CHIEF (S. Chandrashekar) sustained a cut injury on left hind inside cannon.
6th Race : 40. The Fame and Glory Plate-Div.I- (About) 1200

AMELIA CORDELL (S. Mubarak) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.
Jockey Harish, the rider of TANTRIK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey K. Chethana, the rider of ANSONIA to the Stewards for incompetent riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing). The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed trainer Mr. G.T. Surender and Jockey K. Chethana. After deliberations, they decided to (a) note the explanations tendered by trainer Mr. G.T. Surender; and (b) suspend Jockey K. Chethana from riding in races from 12-12-2009 to 19-12-2009 (both days inclusive) for incompetent riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount ANSONIA in the above race (permitted to ride work).
7th Race :41. The Negresco Cup (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 25 and below (11 Runners).
Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge DRAUPADI Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw EVERLASTING JOY (M. Madhu Babu) on veterinary grounds as it was injured at the starting gates. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of SURYARATH, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

8th Race : 42. The Sahyadri Plate (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 60 and above (12 Runners)
DANGER DIABOLIC (M. Madhu Babu) jumped out of the starting gates and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. C.D. Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
CHEETAH (V.R. Jagadeesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced NECTAR JEWEL (J. Paswan) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
PLACE HER WELL (Afsar Khan) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced NECTAR JEWEL (J. Paswan) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
KEY TO RELAX (Melvyn Maseyk) stumbled approaching the 250 Metres and dislodged the rider. On examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found to have sustained fracture of left shoulder and hence was euthanised.
9th Race : 43. The Pattadakal Plate (About) 1200 Metres
Horses rated 40 to 65 (10 Runners).
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw RED DAWN (M. Madhu Babu) on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on right fore due to sprained shoulder. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

31. The Sakaleshpur Plate (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over.
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey A.R. Mani, the rider of KANDIATE to the Stewards for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on 2nd December 2009 and interviewed trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan and Jockey A.R. Mani. After deliberations, they decided to (a) note the explanations tendered by trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan; and (b) suspend Jockey A.R. Mani from riding in races from 12-12-2009 to 26-12-2009 (both days inclusive) for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount KANDIATE in the above race (permitted to ride work).
33. The Pandavapura Plate- Div.I- (About) 1400 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65.
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of SUPER SHA
to the Stewards for incompetent riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of
Racing) on his mount in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the
last race on 2nd December 2009 and interviewed trainer Mr. C.V.G.K. Kishore and
Jockey G. Adarsh. After deliberations, they decided to (a) note the explanations
tendered by trainer Mr. C.V.G.K Kishore; and (b) suspend Jockey G. Adarsh from
riding in races from 12-12-2009 to 17-12-2009 (both days inclusive) for
incompetent riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount
SUPER SHA in the above race (permitted to ride work).

25. The Great Cherisma Plate - (About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over
An enquiry was held regarding the fall of Jockey G. Vijay from his mount AUSTRALIS in the above race. Jockeys D. Gnaneshwar and M.D. Kareem were interviewed. After viewing the CCTV replay of the race and the evidence tendered by the Jockeys. It was concluded that it was an accidental fall and no fault could be attributed to any particular rider in the race.
An enquiry was held pertaining to the riding of Jockey N. Tauseef Ahmed on his mount SPANISH CROWN in the above race. After due enquiry, Jockey N. Tauseef Ahmed was fined Rs.1,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position during the early stages of the race.
23. The Air Force Gold Cup -(About) 1100 Metres. Horses rated 40 to 65
The Stewards ordered an enquiry into the relative performance of
YOUREMYLOV, the winner of this race as compared to its previous runs in Race
Nos.28, 44 & 76 of the Mysore Races 2009. The Stewards held an enquiry after
the last race on 2nd December 2009 and interviewed trainer Mr. Rakesh. After
deliberations, they decided to note the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr.
Rakesh.
