19. The Bidar Plate – Div II (About) 1200 Metres, horses rated 20 to 45

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. S Dominic for contravention of Rule No. 114 (b) (ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that “his behaviour following the win of WHY SHOULD I in the above race was unbecoming of a licenced Trainer resulting in misconduct”. The Stewards held an enquiry on 22/11/2014 and 29/11/2014 after the last race and examined Trainer Mr. S Dominic and Jockey M Prabhakaran. After deliberations they decided to (a) fine Trainer Mr. S Dominic a sum of Rs. 25,000/- and (b) severely caution him as to his conduct in the future for  contravention of Rule No. 114 (b) (ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing in the above race.
