BANGALORE WINTER MEETING 2016-17

Notice

The following changes have been made to the prospectus:-

26^th Day, Saturday, 4^th March, 2017

a) The Sprinters’ Cup (Grade I) for Indian horses 4 years old and over scheduled to be run over a distance of 1200 metres on the above day has been renamed as The Mysore Race Club Sprinters’ Cup (Grade I).

Trophies (value Rs. 2,50,000/-) and Stakes of Rs. 50,00,000/- will now be contributed jointly by Mysore Race Club Ltd and the Turf Authorities of India.

b) The Dr. M. A. M. Ramaswamy Stayers’ Cup (Grade I) for Indian horses 4 years old and over scheduled to be run over a distance of 3000 metres on the above day has been renamed as The Dr.M.A.M.Ramaswamy Chettiar of Chettinad Memorial Stayers’ Cup (Grade I).

29^th Day, Friday, 17th March, 2017

The Prince Ardent Plate for Maiden horses 3 years old only scheduled to be run over a distance of 1100 Metres on the above day has been renamed as The Prince Ardent Trophy. Winner of the race will now receive a trophy (value Rs. 25,000/-) presented by Bangalore Turf Club Ltd in addition to the stakes already advertised.
