TERMS & CONDITIONS


  1. Rates should be quoted separately for each item.


  1. The Club reserves the right to accept or to reject in whole or part of the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.


  1. The Club reserves to itself the right not to accept the lowest tender but, may also reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason therefore.


  1. 5% reserve amount retained in the contracted value will be released only after six months of satisfactory completion of the contract.


  1. Please note that amount will be deducted towards E.S.I. charges @ Rate 4% in all labour bills, if the amount is not remitted by the contractor to the ESI Authorities.


  1. Tenderers are also required to furnish G.S.T, E.S.I, PF & PAN copy in Xerox to be produced along with the Tender


  1. Safety of equipment and materials will be the responsibility of the contract and any damage due to mishandling of materials shall be borne by you by the contractor.


  1. The contract should be carried out as per the relevant code of practice and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and should be executed not later than 30 days from the date of awarding the contract.


  1. The Tenderer before tendering shall inspect the site and the work should not be sub-let.


  1. Compensation in respect of any damage/s as a result of the action by the Contractor or his men in B.T.C. shall be met and recovered by the Club from the bill payable to the contractor.


  1. The contractor is responsible to adhere to all labour laws in respect of his employees working on his behalf at the place of executing the contract.


  1. All works during the course of execution or executed in pursuance of the contract, shall at all times be open to inspection and supervision of the Civil Engineer or other competent authority and his subordinate and the contractor shall at all times during the usual working hours, and at all other times at which reasonable notice of the intention of the Civil Engineer or other competent authority or his subordinate to visit the works shall have been given to the contractor.


  1. The contractor shall either be present to receive orders and instructions or have a responsible agent duly accredited in writing present for that purpose. Orders given to the contractor’s duly authorized agent shall be considered to have the same force and effect as if they had been given to the contractor himself.


  1. In case of strike, accident and / or other unforeseen, circumstances, BTC reserves the right to cancel and / or modify the work order without liability for any compensation of claim of any description.


  1. LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDER: WEDNESDAY, 16TH OCTOBER 2024.


In case of any dispute, the orders of the Management shall be final and binding.
